Paris Jackson Worries Auntie Janet With Movie Career
 15 December 2011 20:47

Paris Jackson, 13, has revealed she is making the foray into the movie business and will make her acting debut in the forthcoming adventure flick 'Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys'. Although the news was welcomed positively by fans of Paris' late father Michael Jackson, it seems not everyone in the family is overjoyed with the news.

Her auntie Janet Jackson - a pop superstar in her own right - says she is happy for her young niece but worries she has begun her career in entertainment a little too soon, telling Access Hollywood, "I'm excited for her, but it worries me a little bit. Yeah, I wish that she would maybe wait". Janet began her own music career at the age of seven, appearing at the MGM Casino on the Las Vegas Strip with her famous siblings in 1973, though she doesn't see similarities between her own beginnings and those of Paris', saying, "I got into the business at a young age. It's not an easy thing. Your childhood you completely lose and I didn't get to experience that, so she has the rest of her adult life to be that actress that she wants to be and I told her that". Janet has advised Paris to spend time studying the art of acting before taking on a fully fledged career on the big screen, saying, "I told her I would take this time to just study, really, really study the craft".

Paris and her brothers Prince Michael, 14, and Prince Michael II aka Blanket, 9, now live with their grandmother Katherine Jackson following the tragic death of their father in June 2009.

According to Contactmusic Janet worries about Paris but in an interview on ABCNews Janet tells a little different story (no worries here!), she's giving her advice. We will know for sure after the interview and not what's written

"I'm happy for her," Jackson said with a knowing sigh. "I told her, I said, 'You should really take your time to enjoy your youth to the upmost, to the fullest, and enjoy that.' She wants to really give it a go. I mean, you lose so much of your childhood in this industry."
