Listen to this interview with Frank Cascio, very interesting  - he talks in present tense quite a bit. Also listen to towards end of interview at 8.40 when asked about whether he would have written his book if MJ had not passed  and he said no and "That was the DEAL"    (thanks to @seekingtruthMJ on Twitter for pointing this out to me) - this is a strange thing to say! Who was the deal with, Michael Jackson perhaps??
