FAMED MJ LAWYER
Conrad Murray Is Guilty

14 MINUTES AGO BY TMZ STAFF

Tom Mesereau -- the lawyer who successfully defended Michael Jackson in the singer's 2005 molestation trial -- claims Dr. Conrad Murray "violated every ethical obligation he had as a doctor" when he gave MJ Propofol ... and deserves to go to prison.

Mesereau wants to make it clear, "I am on the side of the prosecution."

If Mesereau says Murray is guilty, would he risk to be seen as liar or unprofessional if Murray is not guilty, when he defended Michael so great? I don't understand why would Mesereau risk this? Why?

use_your_illusion

There is no doubt that Tom Mesereau is a very smart guy, he is an extremely great lawyer and he knew MJ personally, so what I don't get is, having all this and not knowing that MJ is alive, I mean he might, but being a lawyer you are very good at checking the facts to see if they ADD UP or they don't, and it doesn't, so does he know?

Do you give up yet?

I admire TM and value his opinions.
He's with the prosecution. The prosecution appears well organized and defense was a mess so far.
I don't see yet how this trial is in favour of the hoax.

Why no one asked why a cardiologist does not know CPR? /judge/

Maybe this is a sting court for the media and for who called Michael a pedophile and drug addict.
If so, soon everyone will know what is possible and common planting evidence, providing false testimony and almost sent an innocent man to jail.

But for sure, we have to follow this trial until the end.

"Tell the angels no... Heaven can wait"!

Dr. Murray is a cardiologist.  I'm sure he knows CPR.  Many professions requiring much less eduaction require it and many people just never are in a situation where the need arises.  When Dr. Murray said that he'd never done mouth to mouth (he was already doing chest compressions) and said that he'd never done that (referring to mouth to mouth) but that Michael was his friend and he must, he could have been referring to touching mouth to mouth.  There is a tool to use during CPR so you don't have to touch mouths when giving air.  Sometimes a person will suddenly vomit an you would then have their vomit in your mouth so the tool of the preferred way to go.  Dr. Murray also probably asked that question so someone could do the compressions while he himself did the mouth to mouth.

TM is "with the prosecution"...surprise, surprise (not!)

"Dr. Murray" (and doctors like him) are guilty.  In my opinion, look at the bigger meaning of what TM is saying.  Doctors who routinely push the limits and give patients what they want for a price$$$$ without regard to their health or safety are guilty.
/judge/

Somehow I DOUBT any other doctor that ever treated Michael will be put on the stand to testify, (when they should be).   WTF??
If the release of the audio tape of Michael "slurring heavily" from medication wasn't a big enough clue that reform is needed, then I don't know what is! (whether that tape was real or not).

TM is for "justice", his opinion of Murray does not surprise me at all.

Andrea

Tom reels some facts off about propofol...says "even IF it was in the home"...

I think Tom is speaking lawyer-ese on this - he's not saying anything we haven't heard, it's all very on-the-surface and is offering his opinion, as a lawyer.  He gets passionate at the end which leads me think he does not KNOW Michael is alive OR he's saying what the deaders want to hear.  Not everyone can be all cryptic and wink at the hoaxers.

I do not refer to the mouth of mouth, Murray act as if he did not know how to do cpr, first makes it to the bed and then asking the bodyguard if they know how to do ;)
