Faheem Muhammad -- Michael Jackson's Bodyguard Testifies
Updated 9/28/11 at 2:05 PM

Michael Jackson's head of security, Faheem Muhammad, claims Prince and Paris witnessed Conrad Murray desperately trying to resuscitate their father the morning he died, and had to be removed from the scene.

Muhammad testified Paris was  "on the ground, balled up crying," and Prince "was shocked and slowly crying."

Muhammad claims Jackson appeared to be dead when he arrived at the scene -- and when he noticed Prince and Paris in the doorway, he took them downstairs.

Muhammad says that's when he heard Murray asking if anyone knew CPR -- and his fellow bodyguard Alberto Alvarez rushed to help.

Once MJ was pronounced dead, MJ's assistant Michael Amir Williams relayed to him Murray's request to go back and retrieve the "cream" -- and that's when they both agreed not to let Murray back in the house.

Muhammad also claimed MJ visited Dr. Arnold Klein's office several times a week and often came out "a bit tipsy" -- but never explained why. According to Muhammad, MJ once said to him, "You must think I'm crazy for going to Dr. Klein's everyday."

He also stated, that he took them away and called the Nanny.. I wonder how much they have seen..

Klein Klein and more Klein. Arnie usually has plenty to say. It's a wonder he's not tweeting about this or writing on his facebook site.

During this testimony I was in chat and watching on the front page. When I heard that question I said: "Of course you nut bag. You faked your death." TMZ is coming with some funny story lines.

The opening day video is priceless. lolol/

Well despite being "gutted", I'd say the defense is building a very good case around reasonable doubt.

I'd love to know why any of this testimony is admissible.
Are you entertained?

Oops. I know why. Because it's an MJJ Production and that's how the script reads

Sorry if this is old news but I notice a couple things during today's court session.  Firstly, the name Michael JOSEPH Jackson was used twice. Once by the female attorney (forget her name) who drafted Murray's contract for AEG and Michael, and once by his personal assistant, Michael Amir.  Amir said Michael's full "fake" name when asked who he worked for on June 25th/09.  Assuming the entire courtroom knows who he was talking about, I didn't really see a need for this... but that's just me.
Regarding the female attorney's testimony, she stated that she asked for a 5 year medical history of Michael Jackson. Murray said he was his personal physician for 3 of them... neither side asked who his physician was for the other 2 years???
I also noticed an  elephant (laying down) on the stand of the woman who swears in the witnesses. Although I have no clue what this means, I thought I'd throw this tidbit into the mix. I did read somewhere on here the significance of the elephant but I'll be darned if I can remember. o_0

What's with the "pop" quiz before you can post? lol  Love and appreciate Michael Jackson and his music but I'm not what one would call a diehard fan. Had to Google the first 2 questions... lol

In regards to Faheed's testimony - I recall Kai Chase saying the kids stayed in the kitchen with her and the nanny, and they all prayed. What happened to that lil story?
Also, why the heck did Murray's lawyer ask him about that repulsive Jason dude (MJ's fake gay lover) at the end of his questioning? The judge axed it quickly but still...?

But he add that Michael did say to him, "See, I have this skin condition."  However just like the "cream" the lawyer again wasn't interested in knowing more.

That AEG lawyer, Kathy Jorrie, showed the contract that wasn't signed by Michael. She wanted to know why Murray wanted the defibrilator for London as the arena would have one. Murray had to keep his secret that MJ wanted propofol. Elsewhere someone posted a video made by a doctor proving that a person put on propofol almost immediately stops breathing and needs the breathing tube, respirator and moniter. The lawyer pushed Mohammed if he saw anything else besides this IV. Maybe you medical people can see if MJ could have been given oxygen with this if couldn't breathe on his own. Of course there lots of oxygen tanks coming and going from the room to the security trailer, but they could have just been emptied into the air for the hoax. These were 3 of the pics they showed as exhibits.

One other thing - they now have MJ at 110 lbs, yet AR has him at 136 lbs. This story changes more than the Pitts change diapers!
btw, my apologies for not knowing how to post correctly. I may have only made a few posts (mostly due to forgetting passwords, etc)  but I have been on this case since Kat went shopping for sleeping bags at Target the day after her son "died". Kids wanted to camp, can you blame her... ;)

I hope he went to Dr. Klein's office everyday just to be seen so people can testify later he went there ----> acting on an ILLusional front.
Well it's just a hope

Hmm, Jermaine mentions "the elephant in the room" feeling during many family get togethers. I think it's a reminder to us to keep in mind there is more here than meets the eye and, as he said Michael always did, to keep thinking outside the box.
