Skyways - THANK YOU so much for taking the time to dissect the information like you have. It takes a lot of time but I hope you continue doing this throughout the trial.

It's becoming much clearer that this is a hoax and not a sting. I say that because to me there seems to be too much information for our entertainment rather than to catch someone in a trap.

Saying that, the only trap anyone is falling into is the media who used to desecrate Michael's good name are now singing his praises...with the exception of some hold-outs 

Great job with the other observations - this is no coincidence. No way, no how.

Murray lied, how unusual. There was no dehydration. He was giving the fluid to keep up blood volume to counteract the hypovolemic (dilation of blood vessels that causes relative reduction in circulating blood volume) effect of propofol. And the fluid was being eliminated as fast as it was going in because it was not needed for normal metabolic function...

Also...what happened to Murray's soulful looks to the camera?  Now he looks defeated. 

I think this is a deliberate attempt to 'in your face' draw in those who accused MJ of wrong behavior toward children. They can clearly see his 3 beautiful happy children refutes that. Likewise the Hold My Hand cover showing 2 people holding hands, and the song, would easily take the public back to the last picture they saw of MJ holding hands with Gavin Arvizo.  Jermaine said the MJ in a wheelchair pic was giving the media and public what they wanted --MJ the sick weak druggie. This approach challenges people to look beyond what they see and look deeper.  So many connections to the 2005 trial have already been made.

When the defense showed the gloves today it reminded me of the d**d Michael picture with MJ's hand.

Good connection!  Could the glove on the MJ “death” photo indicate that he is both “dead” patient and doctor at the same time??  (Murray/Michael?)

The toxicologist was all that until the prosecutor started questioning him!  He said there was enough blood in the I.V. tube (I think it was the IV Tube) to do a DNA test in the future.  Which is EXACTLY what I think will happen....which will reveal that it wasn't MJ!!!  Another thing he said was that it could have been anybody's urine...not necessarily MJ's!  Wot Wot!

 
 afraid/ So many possibilities!  I agree that guy sure was long-winded about how much he knew!  But like Front said MJ thinks many moves ahead in this chess game!  I love seeing the strategy being played out in the court (though much of the detail goes over my head  geek/ ).



On the topic of the 'pp' above.  I must have missed that part about the 500 mls urine because I was in and out. Could you give just a bit of detail on that? Thanks.  All I heard was Walgren asking a couple of times, “So there was no urine in the bag?”

This was really interesting to read. You appear to be of the medical field. I have to believe that there is something with the numbers they gave in reference to the urine jars but I haven't had time to really think about it.

They said there were three jars of urine and each one contained the following amounts:

187 mL
183 mL
155 mL

Total 525 mL

MJonmind - you could be right. What I was thinking is that the picture is to paint MJ subconsciously in our minds as the one who gave himself propofol. As if he's going to put on a glove before self injecting - LOL, That was funny just typing it out.

What I couldn't believe is that Fleak told us that her investigation was not perfect and the toxicologist told us that the urine could belong to anyone. If I were on the jury those two statements would give me reason to doubt.

Another thing...the toxicologist yesterday specifically pointed out that there was no pain killers, marijuana or meth in MJ's system. He didn't even have aspirin in his system. All that he had was what Murray supposedly gave him yet the media still is calling MJ a drug addict. Grrrr....

When I look at that doll I think of the dollhouse we were shown at Encino. The whole thing looks staged so there has to be a reason why it was brought up again. I agree that it could be to draw the media into their own trap of lies. What animals are on the dolls outfit? Are they zoo animals or farm animals?

Michael said himself that he used to carry around baby dolls because he wanted children so bad. If you listened to the tape that Murry saved on his phone you will hear that Michael only wanted to help children and since he never had much of a childhood himself, he was child like at times.
 
It does not surprise me that he had some items in his bedroom... maybe there were old items of Blankets but then, if one does not have a proper childhood, maybe these items conforted him in his private moments.

I personally don't know if this would be true any longer as he now has his children. When he used to make those comments he didn't have children. Now he has three plus those that he's raised, such as Omer.

The doll would most likely belong to Paris though. I don't know too many boys that have dolls like that. Not saying it's not Blanket's...just saying it's more likely Paris'. Remember, we saw pictures of her room in Neverland and it was filled with doll stuff.

So the Elephants March


A curious fact about elephants is this: In order to survive, they mustn't fall down. Every other animal can stumble and get back up again. But an elephant always stands up, even to sleep. If one of the herd slips and falls, it is helpless. It lies on its side, a prisoner of its own weight. Although the other elephants will press close around it in distress and try to lift it up again, there isn't usually much they can do. With slow heaving breaths, the fallen elephant dies. The others stand vigil, then slowly move on.

This is what I learned from nature books, but I wonder if they are right. Isn't there another reason why elephants can't fall down? Perhaps they have decided not to. Not to fall down is their mission. As the wisest and most patient of the animals, they made a pact, I imagine it was eons ago, when the ice ages were ending. Moving in great herds across the face of the earth, the elephants first spied tiny men prowling the tall grasses with their flint spears.

 "What fear and anger this creature has," the elephants thought. "But he is going to inherit the earth. We are wise enough to see that. Let us set an example for him."

 Then the elephants put their grizzled heads together and pondered. What kind of example could they show to man? They could show him that their power was much greater that his, for that was certainly true. They could display their anger before him, which was terrible enough to uproot whole forests. In moments of great frustration, wild elephants will do all of these things, but as a group, putting their heads together, they decided that man would learn best from a kinder message.
