 WTF??  I'm wondering to why things were moved. It doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it's normal for things to be moved as long as it is photographed before hand? I don't know?  /pull hair/

I see some are talking about Michael being disquised as Murray.  I saw that some have said it would be too hard for him to do the pictures of him at the beach, and other places.  I was thinking that there is a person playing Conrad Murray.  I saw somewhere that his real name is Robert Earl Carter or something like that.  If Michael was disguised as Murray I think he would do it only for a few scenes.  Probably sitting down and probably at the trial ??   He could be disguised as any of the characters for certain scenes and not all the time.   What do you all think ?       penguin/       michael-jackson/       mj_dance/          mj_bad/            moonwalk_/

I dunno...any crime scene investigator would know NOT to move or touch anything...I've watched every episode of CSI to know that

and why is it that nobody has addressed this in court? Its so obvious.

:lol: same here Fatal. I watched lots of CSI series and after I watched the trial, now I'm wondering if that is only in the tv shows and not in real? They don't use gloves and change or add things to the area as they wish? Fleak said that there's no perfect investigation. That sounds funny when a professional says that.

Well, I still stand by the Moonwalker theory to explain the FBI Sting TS talks about.


Could MJ have a Key person at the FBI who arranged the number of pages and the release of the files date and that is the extent of the FBI involvement? Possibly.

Each time a pic is shown i try to "find out" some image or reflection from the mirror (bedroom)...but can´t see a thing.


Also, the room has just posters or images of kids and babies, but i have not seen a personal touch in decoration. In the Bashir tapes we could see that Michael, even when being at the hotel, had his mannequins with him to feel "with company-at home"
Was Michael living there on the 1st place?


The room and wc looked pretty messy...either Michael is a destroyer and his service does not clean after him or that home was robbed or raided and pics where taken after the incident.


Regarding the pics...i find odd to see a huge mess everywhere and just aligned and in perfect order and display 3 empty bottles of pills, like if someone put them there just for the sake of it to take the picture. Rings any 2004-5 bells anyone?

It looks like they moved many things. But this one looks like they moved the book to show us the dvd. What Bec wrote about the Moonwalker theory is interesting and sounds plausible to me.

Just want to say something about Murray's 'interview' played in court just now. I was rivetted and it got to me a bit I have to say, and I didn't feel the lightheartedness that I saw when I looked in on chat. For a while he had me wondering again, then the inconsistencies started and differences between his version of events and that of other witnesses made me feel better.

Then I listened to 'Whatever Happens', and I'm ok now!  Guess we've just had one of the 'sad bits' in this production.

They said on HNL that when that woman interrupted the Murray recording and the judge got upset..it was Rebbie and her daughter..walking from the second row over by the jury when Murray started talking about doing cpr.

The fact that the book as taken off the dvd before that pic was taken is a HUGE problem for the investigative team and an excellent catch, fatalkiss.

Have you noticed the interviewer's mention of "the circus"? I don't recall exactly what he was saying but I find this specific reference not very coincidental. suspicious//   About inconsistencies, Murray called the chef "Rose"... shouldn't it be Kai Chase? And he was able to pinpoint the exact times when asked WHEN he was giving the drugs to Michael, so I am wondering where did his watch go when at UCLA...because let's remember that he couldn't tell when Michael stopped breathing to the doctor because he had no watch.  :lol:

I too have thought this myself. Wont go into detail too much as I know it appears in other threads about the message murray sends out to fans on YT is quite reminissant of MJ and previous speeches Mj has given re his own trial. With MJ anything is possible. And if he did turn up as CM for a day you would understand why, it would be a lesson in how easily one can be fooled and therefore a) should not believe everything they see hear and read, and b) to always question everything

this DH has so many twists and turns, only time will reveal all the answers i guess.

i dont believe the murray we see often in court is mj. having said that i can totally imagine mj dressing up and being done up in CM make up for a day for the sheer personal thrill of it... sounds like an mj stunt .

@bethechagne - so totally get what you are saying re:

I, along with other members, have even gone beyond the 'basic' Murray is Mike theory...and thought of other possible scenarios that could be taking place or that could potentially take place at some future time.
 

And, as bec said, he may just end up being Murray for a day at some pivitol point in the trial.  Or as someone else suggested (sorry can't remember who...maybe Sarahli?)...there could be two Murray's...one that goes out in public and the one we see in court (hmmm...a body double....why does that sound familiar?  )
