Today is the seventh day of the trial and the witnesses today are the staff of the coroner office, it's right!

Today can be one scary day,   I mean, interesting day to watch.  rr/

Some notes on testimony so far today:
 
1) Sally Hirschberg - medical supplies
- DA focused on DEA file for Murray (DEA #)
- Murray had an acct with this company since Dec 2006 (if true, this would debunk the 'theory' that Murray's 'identity' was created in 2009---but again, it could be a fake account set up with a real company for whatever reason)
- the acct shows activity beginning in 2007 (supplies were ordered but not many until 2009 when huge orders were placed)
- Hirschberg said a RED FLAG was raised when Connie Ng requested (on Apr 13/09) that an order be shipped to a residential address---she stated that that was against company policy and the request was declined
 
There was a lot of other stuff they covered and a lot of dates that were mentioned...I took a lot of notes and wrote all the dates I was able to hear...but not sure if they mean anything.
 
But based on the above points, I'm beginning to really see a possible sting taking place....one that began (at least the background or foundation of it) many years ago.  The DA's for two straight days now have mentioned the DEA and everytime they do...they make sure to say that DEA stands for Drug Enforcement Agency. 
 
We heard from Lopez (pharmacist) yesterday...who obviously didn't verify a license for Murray, nor did he verify where all the orders were being shipped to (Murray's girlfriend's house).  Today, we hear from Hirschberg who states that the request to ship to a residence was NOT honored because it's against company policy.
 
I could very well be way off...but I am starting to see a picture forming...and it seems some of the media is picking up on this as well (on HLN yesterday, they questioned Lopez's actions and those of a doctor being able to order whatever he/she wants and have it shipped wherever).
 
Anyhow...also interesting is the current witness Marx.  Out of ALL the computer examiner experts the DA could've gone to for help with getting data out of Murray's IPhone...they went to a DEA computer expert. 
 
Hopefully some of this will start making sense soon (as far as a possible sting).
 
In the meantime, be VERY careful what info you send out on your cell phones  :lol:

I hate going back to this discussion, however Im no longer watching the coverage on HLN,I'm watching Cox 107

when they broke for lunch, the camera panned up to "the seal" so in fact the seal is IN the room

I got a pic of it, and it does have 32 stars...so the one HLN is showing as well as TMZ is IN FACT not "made for tv", its IN THE COURT. The camera on Cox 107 panned right up to it above the judge...I couldn't get a pic fast enough of the panning, but wanted to point out that this seal is in the court room.

Good catch fatalkiss...I believe the seal is in the courtroom as well.  With it being in the courtroom...it may lend more support to the FBI's involvement in the trial.  I don't think Mike, the DA, the defense, or even the judge could authorize something like that just cause Mike requested it.  Just my opinion of course.

I don't feel bad at all!  What a beautiful message...listen to the 'message'..not the smoke-screen.  There is absolutely NO WAY that he could have been that eloquent and coherent with a 'message' if he was under some sort of sedation and/or heavily drugged, as they suggest.  I absolutely LOVED hearing Mike's message...made me smile. 
 
And LOL @ "I am asleep"...would be kinda hard to say it if he (literally) was  :lol:

Just want to clarify my post above...
 
Of course, as someone who has loved MJ my whole life...hearing him talk about his hurt and lack of childhood...always pierces my heart.  What I don't feel bad about is what the media is already focusing on....his state (i.e. being drugged).  They are not even talking about the 'message'...just that he was drugged out of his mind (yet was able to string together sentences with coherent pronou_ciation (lol) and a meaningful message  :? )

The recording was 4 min and 12 seconds = once again, lucky #7 

EDIT: They just played it again (they will keep playing it)...if you listen closely, his speech becomes more clear towards the end of the recording.  For someone under so much influence of drugs...who is in the process of getting knocked out (falling asleep)...it makes no sense that he would become more coherent and understandable right before falling asleep....it would be the opposite.

Michael Jackson wanted to dedicate his "This Is It" concerts to his children -- and in a heartbreaking conversation Dr. Conrad Murray recorded weeks before the singer died, MJ claims, "I love them because I didn't have a childhood."

You can hear MJ's voice in the recording -- slurred, incoherent -- explaining how he wanted to outdo The Beatles and Elvis with his final concerts, and go down in history as the greatest entertainer who ever lived.

Michael becomes extremely emotional while speaking about his children -- claiming, "I had no childhood. I feel their pain. I feel their hurt."

Murray recorded the conversation on his iPhone on Sunday May 10th, 2009 at 9:05 AM. It's unclear why -- but according to prosecutors, it documents MJ under the influence of "unknown agents." It also shows Murray was familiar with Michael in altered states of mind.

At one point in the clip, Murray asks Michael if he's okay -- and Michael responds, "I am asleep."

The recording -- a clip of which Prosecutor David Walgren played during his opening statement -- was uncovered by investigators after they seized Murray's device.

This goes with a theory of mine that he faked his own death, not only because he thought he was in danger, and his kids and family, but he wanted to try and give his children a "normal" childhood, the one he never had. I bet he was tired of the paparazzi, having to shield his kids every time they went out, they were all homeschooled, their childhood was nowhere near "normal" and I bet it made him upset and sad.

I think he wanted to give them a sense of normalcy, it's never too late to try and do that.

This message is to show the real Michael. Who loves his children, who feels the pain of an unhappy childhood, who want to excel as an artist and that is a great philanthropist who loves children.

No one who is under delusions, admits "I'm sleeping." The most common is we insist that we are lucid, is not it?  :oops:
