Blounts testimony so far:


* Blount said when he entered MJ's room, he immediately recognized the patient.
* He said Murray was "flushed, sweating profusely, agitated," and yelling, "He needs help! Can you help him please?"
* Blount said he thought MJ was already dead when they arrived.
* When EMT workers asked Murray about the IV bag, he said he was giving MJ normal saline (salt water) because he was "dehydrated."
* An alarm just sounded in the courtroom. Apparently some kid accidentally pulled the alarm. The judge jokingly said, "Don't worry if it were an emergency, I'd be the first one out" ... he got a good laugh from the audience.
* Once they loaded MJ onto the ambulance, he noticed Murray scooping up Lidocaine bottles into a black bag.
* He said Murray told them MJ was only down for "about a minute" prior to their arrival.

I typed this (my quoted post) about 20-30 seconds into the alarms going off...4:26 my time OR 2:26 Los Angeles time...time of "death".  WEIRD!

If that alarm did go off at 2:26,, that would be a HUGE clue!!

I wasn't sure which thread to post this in. TIAI seems to be the official trial thread for observations but it also relates to Front's posts in the Back thread so I'm posting it both, TS or Front or Back or MJ. I'm so confused!!! So there it is as well! LOL

Wow!  With all the talk about the fake seal only having 31 stars it made me think about Front’s post.

The word “DEtAiLS” seems to hold a lot of KEYS. Was this another clue for us??? Maybe he's talking about some hidden meanings...... "DEALS" and "SEAL." Could be both and that's why he wrote it like he did. What do you guys think?

LOL they keep on making mistakes with Michael’s name it seems. It was spelled Micheal on one of the documents from Senneff........the date of birth is wrong as well, of course!  /woohoo/

Another interesting observation....1221 was circled on Senneff’s notes, as if to pinpoint to this being important. Of course it reminds us of  1221 ---> 21st December 2012!!  8-)



And just before this was shown, the previous witness, Murray’s patient Mr. Robert Russell "coincidentally" or not, when talking about his heart problems, said that he felt like "it was the end of the world, the end of his world" ... clear link between the two in my opinion! LOL

I also noticed Robert being asked "did you feel abandoned?"... this seems to be a theme running through the trial so far.

Another odd point has got me thinking of 2 bodies LOL Alvarez had said that he and Murray had moved Michael’s body to the floor while making the 911 call, and it appeared that Michael was not fully clothed. However Senneff claimed that when he arrived only Murray was in the bedroom with the patient who was dressed in Pyjama bottoms and shirt and was on the bed. ?

So the theory of not recognizing was a lie. Actually that was said by the tabloids, no one saw the paramedics saying they didn't recognize him or that he looked like a frail old man. That was from tabloids. So equal to zero as importance. That doesn't mean the paramedics ever said that.
 
None of this look good. None of this looks like a scenario being acted...

May I add something else? geek/ Blount said that Michael's skin was warm when/because he was on the bed but that it was cool when put on the floor. Senneff said it was cool, never mentioned warm. I remember there was a lot of talk about the room being extremely hot/warm that day; no mention about it so far.

And Blount now says he saw the condom catheter...Senneff didn't mention it, nor was he asked.  In fact, he said MJ was wearing pj bottoms.  So did they keep pulling MJ's pj bottoms up and down depending on who walked into the room?  :?

Dr. Cooper is cool as a cucumber.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say she is a REAL doctor, she knows her stuff.  At least it certainly sounds that way.  A lot of her testimony, so far, is speaking in general terms about procedures in an emergency room.  The lawyer says "Michael Jackson", she usually says, "the patient" and doesn't necessarily refer to "that" day so much as standard emergency room scenarios.

I keep going back and forth about this with friends and others on twitter. Some (nonbelievers) say it is inconsequential. WELL- no, not really. Let's remember these are witnesses for the prosecution. They are prepped BY prosecution. The DA KNOWS already what the answers will be- this is how a case works. Surprises by YOUR witnesses generally only happen in movies (hehe). So,- the DA would have known the details do not match up and they would have asked differently. Why would they manipulate their own case (if this was a real case).
In that- this "detail" is important.  And where did the testimony of MJ with legs on the floor come from? Was he cold on the floor, move back to the bed, then EMTs came in too soon and he dropped back?  Why in the world would his legs be off the bed, feet on the floor?  And how in the world aren't people catching on?

The mismatch in testimony to me points to a hoax court. Unless the sting is the media as others have said- since the NEVER catch on. And also, DO NOT ever report on any of the defense side (this was pointed out on HNL last night- "your viewers will think there is no defense they way you report it"- which would TOTALLY match the 05 case.

Dr. Cooper is not acting and I don't think she's lying. I think she honestly believes Mr. Jackson was there that day, dead on arrival.

Im_convinced, how does the sting court theory explain the 32 stars on the seal? All other debate points aside, that by itself debunks Sting court as you have presented it. If it's not real then neither is court. If court isn't real the Prosecution isn't technically acting improperly. If the Prosecution isn't acting improperly, in your theory, there is no Sting. You've proved corruption in CA but it doesn't matter. It's not an official seal. No seal=no court. No court=no Sting.

I think the picture that we see when the camera goes off when the jury is out is the TV stations design. I think the camera shuts off completely during breaks. I do not think it is the actual courtroom seal on the wall. You know how at the end of the broadcast there is the stripes of colors? Or like when a station shows a black screen with the wording stay tuned?

The fire alarm was pulled at 2:26...the time of death!!

This is a screenshot i took of the chat when the fire alarm went off. I'm currently on the east coast so the time difference is 3 hours.

There were some weird statements made today. I missed 90 minutes of it but what I caught left me baffled. Is it true the alarm was pulled at 2:26 LA time? And it was a kid, lol. Sounds like MJ, alright.
 
BTW, did someone see the BELIEVER on Jane Valdez!! She said he may have been kidnapped and is Alive.
I don't agree with the kidnap theory, but its nice to see a Believer on HLN.
They are also critiquing La Toya's outfit, like they are talking about an award show.
