Im_convinced, how does the sting court theory explain the 32 stars on the seal? All other debate points aside, that by itself debunks Sting court as you have presented it. If it's not real then neither is court. If court isn't real the Prosecution isn't technically acting improperly. If the Prosecution isn't acting improperly, in your theory, there is no Sting. You've proved corruption in CA but it doesn't matter. It's not an official seal. No seal=no court. No court=no Sting.

I think the picture that we see when the camera goes off when the jury is out is the TV stations design. I think the camera shuts off completely during breaks. I do not think it is the actual courtroom seal on the wall. You know how at the end of the broadcast there is the stripes of colors? Or like when a station shows a black screen with the wording stay tuned?

As far as the background, again, so? So I don't see a seal hanging on the wall in your twitpic. All you proved is that there is no seal hanging on the wall directly behind the judge. That was never in question.


How do you know it isn't hanging near the ceiling and that the upper wall of the courtroom isn't bearing this type of design? How do you know it isn't in the hallway outside of the courtroom? How do you know it isn't hanging in the front entrance of the court house? How do you know it isn't hanging on some DOME project set being fed live into the networks through a cable run through the courthouse's channel? But that's the point isn't it? Not where it's hanging... but why is it fake if this is an FBI Sting court? And how is it being displayed by all networks?

It prevents entrapment, ie trapping the media into believing MJ is really dead. We know he's not... they could know too, but they chose to look the other way. Yes, the question is WHY is it fake, no wether it is or not at the court, but I'm thinking about something else now- the seal is wrong, it was made for the streams and TV, it is not a spot on which the camera is fixed during breaks, it's just a background screen created for streams breaks- but the trial actually takes place at the court because you see fans, people around there, you saw Flanagan going out from the real court on live stream, etc. So if it takes place at the real court, wouldn't it still mean entrapment and fraud? Regardless the background seal shown on TV.  Even being fake, the whole trial takes place there, it's not a set up. Wouldn't that mean fraud because the court is the real court? You imagine that people from there WOULD go at the court, fans, to support, etc. They would see if there is actual move there or not. So it's not a studio.

No, I don't think doing it at a real courthouse in a real courtroom constitutes entrapment so long as the proceedings are clearly not official in nature. The state seal makes everything official government business, from documents to letterheads to courtrooms. A fake seal renders these things invalid. There was another fake seal in the last 2 years as I recall, DC perhaps? Off the top of my head I don't remember which document but it was also something obviously inaccurate about the seal. It was CA also.

(edited to add: what I'm trying to say is that a state seal is like a government signature. A falsified signature renders a document, transaction, or agreement invalid. Forging a signature is done with the goal of being an exact replica, ie performed with the intent to deceive. In this case, the incorrect seal is not fraudulent because this replica is clearly and obviously not the same... visible by anyone who cares to notice.)

Without degrading my intelligence perhaps someone can help me understand the whole seal issue. I understand there are 32 stars on one and 31 on another, we being hoaxers and looking/finding for things that others would normally not notice has become a daily routine in our lives, how is this suppose to be explained for the general public (non-believers) that this is a hoax/sting court and can prevent entrapment? The stars are not that easy to spot and something that people would just pick up on while waiting for court to start. I hope what I am saying and asking makes sense.

Yeah there was Bec...wasn't it on the Autopsy Report? Didn't they use an out of date LA Coroners Seal on it?
 
I just recall there being a TIAI  redirect back in the dark ages ( :lol: ) to an information page on the LA Coroners website by TS and it kept swapping between pages every hour almost to highlight something that we were missing and then somebody finally picked up that the current LA Coroners seal used on their website was different to the one used on the AR......

I am wondering about sworn testimonies and the laws regarding this in the states. I am assuming one cannot go to prison for perjury for lying under oath it is a hoax court, although, those religious people may find it unethical. Is a sworn testimony only valid in court? Or in the presence of legal officials too?

Yep - I am not sure if the camera is on the witnesses when they are sworn in. Does anyone else???
 
I  only recall the lady with the elephant on her desk reading the oath to the witness but I can't recall if the camera moves to the witness to show them raising their hand and saying "I do"
 
Anyway - they do this oath all the time in other movies about court cases....so this shouldn't be any different  :lol:   8-)

You can say and do anything if you're acting - that's the simplest way to make sense of all this.  The world is witnessing MJ in full creative production mode, an epic reality live film shoot if you like - it's just that most haven't realised that's what's happening - yet!

You just made me wonder, remember the "funeral" when all the live feed went through the Jacksons they controlled it and cut it off when the funeral started.  Could this be one camera in the court which is controlled and fed out to other media sources like at the funeral?  That way it would all have the same seal on when they were on a break? JMO not saying it correct.
