I found this (possible) explanation about the 31/32 stars on the seal and information about (the fringe on) the flag on the Bonnie Cox Blog, but I must tell you that I haven't read it thoroughly, so I cannot tell you this information is right.

 This weekend I will continue working on where we left off last weekend, but I noticed something during the trial.  I was trying to understand the significance of the 32 star Seal of the State of California and I wondered if it had anything to do with admiralty law.  Since my husband and I were learning a bit about that this past summer, I went back to some of the links that explained what happens to a person the court room, and how our Constitutional “common law” was replaced by Admiralty law and very few American’s know it.  This was another idea of “the bankers”.

 No, this can't possibly be a coincidence.
 
 Not only are the stripes the same color, but the 1 star in the bubble (represents the extra star in the seal) is the same color and shape as the 32 stars (five pointed).

 And to top it all off, the full picture has a gavel in one of the bubbles, which obviously represents the court case.

 This proves that the Illuminati had the seal with 32 stars planned for court a year ago {see my last post on this, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login}; and it also shows that they had enough control at Sony to put it on the album artwork. Scared yet?

About the bubbles on the album cover: I saw the Judges verdict hammer in a bubble too: the trial in a bubble 
 
When you know that a bubble means fantasy/illusion, you might consider the trial as an illusion. The stars&stripes on the "Michael"cover can be seen as the American stars&stripes union flag together with bubbles, which could mean the entertainment industry & the American Dream, a dream, which is just an illusion and which can be shattered easily. Nothing is what it seems! Which reminds me of the lyrics of 'Hollywood Tonight'

AND the bubbles on the 'Michael' album could mean illusion/hoax (probably the meaning of the bubbles has been discussed on this forum somewhere).

Yes, the picture is definitely photoshopped. What about the bald dude sitting just in front of that white-haired man? It looks like they were added to the picture later. Where did you find it Paula?

I agree PureLove, more than one person looks photoshopped in.  And the seal looks out of place (not centered).

 This photo is taken directly from the grandjury.co.la  There is one photo of these people in the 2009-2010 document which doesn't have anyone photoshoped in it and still they are in front of the same 32 stars seal.
I DO find it highly strange that only in the documents from 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 we find the jury photographed in front of a 32 stars seal. And I certainly doubt the photo is a joke as I doubt about this all being a game and that's why for me it never was and never will be. The 32 stars seal must have a serious reason and I find it so hard to understand how could such an important thing as the seal of a state, IN a court, have a so stupid mistake in it.

Edit: I downloaded a high resolution right now. There's something off there, the size scale of the 3 people in the very back. They are off size, not natural size compared to the angle. They are in the back, so they will look smaller, but not that much, they are too small.

The off people in the photo, in my opinion, are:

- The white haired man on the right
- the group of 4 people from behind: the man at the desk, the one at his right, the one behind him and the woman at his left. - Their dimensions are too little regarding the whole enviroment and the rest of the people. The seem photographed from a bigger distance not just from the rest of the people, but from anything in the room.

Of course, this is not justifying the 32 star seal.

this just dawned on me:


if there is an actual jury, they must be getting some kind of huge compensation if this is a fake trial, a jury in La county only receives 40$ a day, for 5 days that is only 200$...they had to take absence from their jobs and I'm sure some make more than minimum wage.


Makes you think, how they are getting paid and who is paying them?

The 32 stars in the seal proves that the court is in on the murder plot (more details on that shortly).  You see, if they ever get busted for being an accomplice in a murder conspiracy, all they have to do is show the 32 stars and say: you can't get the court in trouble, because it wasn't official court anyway!   /bravo/
 
Dr. Murray cried in court.  So that proves he knows MJ is dead, and he started having some regrets for being part of this colossal murder plot.

oh I just wanted to say that thing with the stripes on the seal that are similar with the stripes on MJ on the album cover is an amazing coincidence. Even the extra star is there WTF??
