I don't know why people are so much against Jermaine (see the comments on TMZ).
Actually I think he has talent and I personally like him.

Wow new smilies  party/

Are these for Front  suspicious// suspicious// suspicious//  ?
bearhug

Some people are against Jermaine because Michael use to say that his brother was smooching over him. He always wanted money. Now by Michael saying so everyone is agaisnt Jermaine..
They're family. Fights, disaggrements, arguments always happen among family members. They can get mad at each other or even hate each other but sooner or later they forgive each other. And someone like Michael who loves his family a lot, I'm sure that he forgave his brother long time ago. So who are we to make negative comments about Jermaine? Michael loves his brother and so do I.

I love the word "smooching" but it means long time kissing, and mooching is what you mean! bearhug

"smooching over him."

I knew what a smooch is but never heard of mooching before. I checked out the dictionary and now I know. Well, learning somethings new on the forum everyday.   Smooching over him was EPIC.

It is a very catchy song. All the Jacksons are extremely talented. The video calling attention to the Wiz seems like a good theory.

Jermaine sounds great! May be this video is just meant to show us Jermaine is doing fine and having fun to perform, he's shining.
IF there's more to it, then I'm thinking of 'Blame it on the boogie' and the slang definition of 'boogie' which is [dot]'to leave'[/dot]. This could mean Michael has 'left' us or that the Jackson brothers left Motown in 1978 (except Jermaine), Motown connection can be a clue, just a thought :)

Way back when, I l.o.v.e.d. Jermaine and wanted to choke Hazel Gordy.  Michael was such a cutie pie with that great, big ole personality and the most beautiful dancing eyes I'd ever seen.  I was gonna marry Jermaine and become Michael's auntie.  Well, so much for dreams  lolol/

Don't know what to say/think about the re-make.  I always say leave perfection alone.  respect/

Don't cross his way, He's part of the plan
I am that child, but so are you
You've just forgotten, Just lost the clue."

Well if you had married Jermaine, you would have been Michael's sister-in-law, not his auntie!

I say this whole hoax is one gigantic collaborative event, where MJ is giving space for many many others to shine, like a good teacher, parent, brother, friend. How could all who ever met him, worked with him, or been related to him not absolutely love him passionately. bow/ ;))

MJ will always be #1 to me, so let all the others sing and dance their hearts out, that's okay! penguin/

I don't understand why people are upset with Jermaine's remake of "Blame It On The Boogie."  He is not the first to re-record a hit song that was first done by someone else.  For instance "Always on my mind " by Elvis has been remade 75 times. Eleanor Rigby by the Beatles has been remade 132 times.

Mary J. Blige re-recorded hits by Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan and Rolls Royce.

D'Angelo re-recorded Smokey Robinson's hit "Crusin."

Christina Aguilera, Mya, Pink and Lil Kim all re-recorded Patti Labelle's "Lady Marmalade."

The Animals re-recorded Sam Cooke's "Bring It On Home To Me."

The rock group Smith re-corded the Shirelles' hit "Baby It's You."

Aretha Franklin re-recorded Otis Redding's "Respect."

Billy Idol re-recoded Tommy James and The Shondell's hit "Mony Mony."

Van Halen re-recorded Martha and The Vandellas 1964 hit "Dancing in The Street."

Club Nouveau re-recorded Bill Wither's hit "Lean On Me."

In 1989 Rod Stewart re-recorded the Isley Brothers 1966 hit "This Old Heart of Mine."

Bruce Springsteen had a No. 8 hit with "War" in 1986, and that song was previously recorded by Edwin Starr in 1970.

In 1989 Poison re-recorded Loggin's and Messina's "Your Mama Don't Dance."

And of course you all should know that Michael re-recorded Smokey Robinson's hit "Whose Lovin You" when he was just a child. And in 1972 he had the hit song "Rockin Robin" that was originally a hit in 1958 by Bobby Day!

Michael and Aerosmith both re-recorded the Beatles "Come Together."

The list goes on and on!

So I don't understand what the problem is with Jermaine re-recording a song that was made a hit by his brothers!  Somebody explain that to me because it flew right over my head!

I agree this seems to be a test to see if the fans learned anything... and if not, just one more brick on the ton that are going to fall on some come Bamsday.

Are you entertained?
