I don't get this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Michael's drivers license.... which is a LEGAl document... (if these pics are valid) says his name is Michael JOE Jackson.  
His death certificate says his name (or the person who died) is Michael Joseph Jackson!!!!!   Common- What does his birth certificate say his name is?  It has to be the same!!!  You cannot use a nickname on either.  Maybe, MAYBE...a DIFFERENT Michael   whoever  Jackson died!  Maybe the death cert. isn't real and it's because that is NOT his real name after all.  Man it all fits!!

I agree with you lauren09...although it's disappointing, the Joseph/Joe names don't mean a thing.  We've found many lawyers online all giving the same answer regarding this.  In fact, Harvey from TMZ, who is a lawyer, was asked today about MJ's middle names and he also said it wouldn't make a difference at all...the documents would still be legal.  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login  It seems people don't want to believe anything that might dispute the hoax.  We need to start accepting the facts...because, as far as I'm concernced, that's the only way we're ever going to figure out what happened.

Yes, they would be legal with the false name, if Michael was actually dead - unless there's somebody with the same name and date of birth And that is, because EVERYONE knows, who we are talking about.
If he's ALIVE, the DC wouldn't be legal both ways - no matter, if it stated Joe or Joseph.

I guess, nobody dares to contact the FBI to ask, why they use "Joseph" on their website, although ALL their documents state his true name was "Joe"  :lol:

Could this mean they were legally married because the information has to have legal full names on them?

Last time i checked, it is a PASSPORT that is needed to travel abroad and not a DRIVING LICENCE.
