sometimes when i am at church during the praise and worship part of the service the pastor will tell everyone to raise their hands in praise. this really bothers me. it is not the job of the pastor to determine when i should offer up my sacrifice of praise. that is a spontainious response to the leading of the Holy Spirit.it doesn't mean that i refuse to offer up that praise . it simply means it is between my Lord and myself. i am not sure why i feel compelled to make this statement here, it is just something that has been on my heart about this particular part of the forum lately.i don't mean to offend any one at all. i just feel that i at this point and time need to voice it.
