Looking past patches of overgrown grass and slightly shabby structures, the estate's movie theater, front gate, and main house seem -- from 500 feet above -- well-kept. The swimming pool and tennis court are bright blue and green, respectively, and the pathways between them are clean and lined with freshly-clipped shrubbery. The massive oaks and other trees surrounding the main house, however, all but shield it from a bird's eye view.

It would be ashame for Michael to have come up with the concept of and then develop Neverland into the wondrous place it is and be not there to enjoy it.  I so pray that he is there.  For Colony to reap the benefits from his creativity, hard work, and dream realized would be sinful crash/  I pray Michael is there over seeing all the repairs and revitalization of His home, created from his vision and brought to fruition through his genius.

I tried to find out who owns Neverland now, I cannot find anything. I know the way it has been kept Michael still owns it, he always did and always will. For him leaving Neverland was all part of his hoax, he must have contemplated the hoax for a long time. I hope he is there to enjoy Neverland, the house he has lived in, and raised his children.

Where was the concrete used?  I see a lot of areas for it, but it doesn't look all that re-done, just cleaned up.

No evidence found during the raid when Michael was framed.
Concrete evidence found now? About those who had framed him?

I hope that Michael is at Neverland and that too he can enjoy this paradise created by him and for him.
I do not believe he would abandon this place.
