And Joseph Jackson also continues his lawsuit against Murray for some reason, while Murray can be convicted in manslaughter in summer, before Joe's lawsuit can get resolved. This is interesting too.

Considering no one is suing the paramedics, and they stated they thought MJ was long dead and wanted to take him to the morgue instead of try and save his life, I think we can safely say that these lawsuits are bogus and if they exist, will be dropped following the reveal.

What I was glad to see is that Katherine's lawsuit vs. AEG is NOT defined "wrongful death", it says "Other Contract".

Well, as I'm SURE that Michael is alive, I do not care much about these lawsuits and I believe that it will be dropped and nothing will happen btw AEG and Katherine. I do believe that AEG is in on the hoax, Randy Phillips at least.

I'm also thinking bogus.. because, I think we've pretty much agreed that Michael's real name is with Joe for the middle name and that Joseph is the professional name.  Well, in order to become a Jr. there has to be a Sr. and if Michael is Joe in private life, then Prince and Blanket would not be Jr. or II.  So, I'm figuring, Not real.

I have expressed my back up many times. Here it is again:
to me it is either Michael is dead or Michael is not coming back. I don't see a point to pay attorneys and keep busy judges for bogus lawsuits, and 80 years old adults made themselves caricature and be subject of counter lawsuit in the future.

However, I was reading on the website of the lawyers supposedly representing Katherine and the kids. At the very bottom is this "disclaimer"

Offtopice: Souza...you remind me of my ex-husband. He is an IT person and whenever I would get used to one program on our home computer he'd decide to upgrade our software or change our system passwords. Ughhh - forever learning! LOL.

I personally follow up with this lawsuit and Lloyd vs. AEG cause lawsuits are NOT a joke nor could be in Michael's hoax plan. Again, it is NOT a good sign no matter how we feel.[/dropshadow:37f8ybld]
