From the Beverly Hills local newspaper - article says the Encino home is being renovated, and it says Michael Jackson alone held the title to the home.

Interesting article.

I know when someone dies the ones who are entitled to inherit the assets have to do change the records from the deceased to their names.

It is very strange case with the house.
The Estate ows it now, legally?
I don't know how it works in this case, but seems odd to me that the public record still lists Michael as owner, even if they mention deceased

This is another piece of the puzzle being revealed about the home.  Who actually owns the house and Michael putting his manager or whoever that person is as co-owner doesn't make sense but then again a lot of things don't make much sense and is very confusing but I guess that's part of the plan right?
