Has anybody else seen these?

I saw several of these yesterday at our St. Patrick's Day Parade, downtown St. Louis, MO.  I don't know where they came from.  Does anybody know what they are?  It has bible scripture printed on it John 3:16.  Maybe it's an Easter thing, but idk.   :?

I tried to post a picture of a million dollar bill w/ Michael's picture on it, but it wouldn't let me attach a picture??  Can anybody help me w/ the attachment process so you guys can see what I'm talkin' about??

I use Tinypic to upload my pictures. Upload the picture on Tinypic and then copy and paste the IMG Code of the picture here.

what do you mean you saw them? someone was passing them out, they were attatched to something, what?

Suspicious mind:

I didn't see anybody handing them out.  In fact, I found this one on the ground at The Hilton hotel where we stayed.  But I saw some people holding them in their hands and I saw a few other ones on the ground outside at the parade.  I wish I would've asked somebody that was holding one where they got it, but I kinda assumed that I would see people handing them out later or something.  I don't know.  It's just a weird thing to find. :ugeek:

I was just searching under Fake Michael Jackson Million Dollar Bill and there are several websites that sell them as a joke dollar note or in rememberance to MJ. Somebody must have thought it was funny to leave the fake dollar bills or hand them out to people to just remember MJ. I don't think MJ had anything to do with it.
