You can clearly see another Michael in the background...
I see him that's the guy with the pointy shoulders jacket. :o
I believe this is photoshopped. Just looking at it, something is off about the lighting... comparing it to the objects and people around the background MJ, it's not consistent.
Also, this pic was put out by the "Hoax News Network" on their twit pics section http://hoaxnewsnetwork.blogspot.com/p/twitpics.html
They have a bunch of made up pictures so I believe this was meant as a joke.
