The day Michael died we were waiting for him to work on Dirty Diana, to finish Dirty Diana, when he vanishes in the haze and then suddenly appears on the other side of the stage on the lift to sing Beat It.

This just really stood out to me.  Michael vanished while ON THE BED in a haze (=confusion) only to emerge later on the lift (in an elevated position above everyone) to sing BEAT IT..

There were also several statement from the Fox notes (posted earlier) that grabbed me- esp Michael talking about plans beyond the tour, his message (aka WHY he wanted to do it); MJ wanting to DIRECT a movie;

Called and invited..great about this ...like u to work with me...excited about it...tremendous potential to be creative..MJ shared reasons for wanting to do it.
Reason?
Good time to perform again, his kids appreciate it, for his fans, remind people to take care of planet and each other.
Plans beyond tour
MJ asked about going to India....wanted Ortega to go..MJ asked if Ortega had visited Japan...taking show to these places.
Professionally...MJ post tour?
After tour MJ wanted to help direct with Ortega on motion pictures. MJ liked film making and wanted to dev movie ideas.

that's interesting. vanishing on the bed reminds me of the music video "billie jean." it's a pretty significant video when you put on your hoax glasses, in my opinion.

Day 2 of court! Where is a live-stream??? I can´t find it anywhere.

Gosh, I feel so bad today, we have so many information which do not add up with our hoax theory. We have to be prepared for the worst case. I see me grieving all over again.  :cry:

It's just SAID that Paris was on her hands and knees crying.  By Faheem Muhammed who was in the room when Murray noticed MJ stopped breathing. If he was in the room why would Murray try to contact two other people?  AND why is it that his girlfriend said they were talking when he dropped the phone when MJ stopped breathing to run to the bed?  But when Williams was on the phone with Alvarez, he told Alvarez to walk to the front door and heard Murray in the background.  So was Murray in the room with Faheem or out of the room with Williams?  How come Williams didn't mention Paris and Prince if they were all in the room together?  Then it also said that it was DR. MURRAY who told the children he died!!  If that was the truth, you would think the prosecution would have Paris and Prince on the witness stand. Children seeing their father die would undoubtedly push the envelope in their favor. But they aren't going to testify now. It's all too confusing at this point.

@ladymj     You are confused because what is happening now is the PREMILINARY TRIAL.  Dont confuse this with the full, real trial.
This week is all about certain witnesses being called to decide if there is enough evidence to take Murray to trial.

Thats why none of the family, or the children are testifying this week.  They wont testify until the full trial
