Michael´s body was examined, pictures were taken, including his penis. Michael felt terrible about this and so did his mother. This is a fact that can´t be ignored if we want to take another perspective when comes to this preliminar court regarding Murray and Michael.That´s why "pennis-pic" talk is relevant.
The only reason I can imagine them being real is because Murray took them to cover up the fact he's a douche and administered CPR on the bed. Hence MJ laying on the FLOOR.
