This probably will not be seen by the person who originally posted this 15 YEARS AGO (zamn), but the vocals you hear in Earth Song, while possibly partially live, are dubbed vocals taken from Michael's original 1989 demo of Earth Song "What About Us". A lot of vocals in the movie are dubbed, taken from album versions and demo/alternate takes, and of course slightly altered to make them sound like they fit the time and place if you know what I mean. I'm just saying this now just in case someone happens to stroll along these posts like I do.
