Hopefully, there is a special reason why all of the work at Neverland is taking place!  To restore the clock
and the landscaping sends the message.... "Neverland is back!" But how could it be without Michael??

Neverland must have a Michael in to it. Neverland does not have the same meaning without Michael.

Children settled and happy and adjusted, and, IMO, in touch with their dad on a regular basis.                Check!
Clever marketing management keeps him in the news but in a postive light.  TMZ, Oprah, etc.                                                                                                                                                  Check!
Restores Neverland Ranch to it's original glory.  Hmmmmm.                                                                Check!

There was that rumour that Encino was being repossessed on June 26th.

Now there is enough money to refurbish Encino AND Neverland.

Hmmmm why restore it NOW? The same time that Encino is being renovated?? And I'm still waiting on an explaination as to why all that concrete was delivered to Neverland a while back.

Lest we forget, Tom Barrack and Rob Lowe announced a HUGE "Multi-Media Joint Venture" a while back....it has been my belief for some time that they are "place-holding" for Michael....just as as Tom is "holding on to MJ's place" at Neverland....of course, Mr. Barrack wouldn't be the hugely successful businessman he is without expecting something in return (ie; big money, for I don't think his intentions would be completely altruistic, even if he is a big MJ fan), but the fact that Colony is still holding onto Neverland is a good sign...a GREAT sign, even!

I like to entertain the thought that Michael has actually been there ever since June 25, 2009. I think it is TOTALLY WITHIN THE REALM OF POSSIBILITY, FOLKS!!

well, is there any reason why we should believe TB is a place-holding for Michael?
Let's hope this is true because it would be the only acceptable explanation of what's going on with Neverland.

It breaks my heart to see that place moving on without Michael. Like they are "killing" him again.
