I think it's disrespectful, especially using an "anatomically correct"  Michael Jackson replica.  That stinks to the high heavens and I have written to the Executive Director to voice that.  I hate it.  :evil:  This will be a viral Youtube in a matter of minutes or hours to the total embarrassment of his children.  That family is something else.  Haven't uttered a word in protest.

This has been discussed... If Michael is alive, he might well be behind this. Imagine when he comes back and Discovery Channel (quite reputed!) has to explain that the "autopsy" was err, umm, a complete FABRICATION in all respects.  

Michael has proved, time and again, that he has an occasionally morbid sense of humor. Some examples:
1. "Ghosts" video
2. Posing in a casket when he was young (at Madame Tussaud's, I believe)
3. Casket man advertising MJ casket  :lol:

EDIT: I do find the whole thing disturbing, though, and I would prefer it not to be shown.

My response to this is that networks are in it to win it (the money). They're always trying to compete for the best coverage or who covered a piece first.  This is what they do!!! We've already heard the results of the autopsy, and quite frankly prior to skimming over it online I could've predicted what they said they'd found (with the exception of the scars).  Prepare yourself because media outlets are going to ride this "MJ death" train until the wheels fall off.

I think this show they are proposing is beyond ridiculous again. Why MJ? Couldn't they just run a generic autopsy re enactment?  Holy hell, why not just go around stabbing the people that loved Michael right in the heart? Crazy!, Over the top!

We have to make efforts to prevent this from airing.  Whether he is dead or alive, this program would be demeaning and dehumanizing to him period. They're treating him like a "monster", like an "animal".  If this was someone else other than Michael Jackson (like Princess Diana), you know this wouldn't be happening.

what if they are staging this "re enactment" to show all the "flaws" in the written report?

think about it....there's STILL a court case pending regarding the "death of Michael Jackson"...if an autopsy was performed or documented incorrectly don't you think it would affect the outcome of that case and the defense would use it?? :shock:  I am assuming to do a re enactment they would need the permission and assistance of the LA County coroners office.

...and why air the show now after some 18 months and while the trial of Murray is going on?...and too, no one in the Jackson family or the estate has moved the stop this broadcast either?
