Food, Inc. is a 2008 American documentary film directed by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Robert Kenner.[2] The film examines corporate farming in the United States, concluding that agribusiness produces food that is unhealthy in a way that is environmentally harmful and abusive of both animals and its employees. The only thing I worry about is if it's possible to get all of your nutrition from plant sources. I've considered becoming full-fledged vegan (for 2 weeks in college :lol: ) but backed out because I was unsure how Id get B-vitamins (I've heard supplements don't work that well)
