Jermaine Jackson owes so much in back child support his driver's license has been confiscated, and he's not getting it back until he antes up around $100,000.

TMZ has obtained court documents showing Jermaine owes $91,921.55 in child support for Jaafar and Jermajesty.  $3,000 a month really adds up.

The docs, filed by the L.A. County Child Support Services Dept., suggest Jermaine hasn't been very forthcoming on his income stream.  According to Child Support Services ... Jermaine claims his monthly income is $1,448 per month, but never filed the proper paperwork to support it.

The Department doesn't want to give Jermaine his driver's license back until he pays in full.  We could not reach Jermaine for comment.

Pretty interesting ... Jermaine's baby mama, Alejandra, has just been kicked out of the Jackson family homestead in Encino and she's none too pleased.

Family code section 4058(b):

The court may, in its discretion, consider the earning
capacity of a parent in lieu of the parent's income, consistent with
the best interests of the children.

Family code section 3558:

In a proceeding involving child or family support, a court
may require either parent to attend job training, job placement and
vocational rehabilitation, and work programs, as designated by the
court, at regular intervals and times and for durations specified by
the court, and provide documentation of participation in the
programs, in a format that is acceptable to the court, in order to
enable the court to make a finding that good faith attempts at job
training and placement have been undertaken by the parent.

Family code section 17212(c)(6):

(6) After a noticed motion and a finding by the court, in a case
in which establishment or enforcement actions are being taken, that
release or disclosure to the obligor or obligee is required by due
process of law, the court may order a public entity that possesses an
application, paper, document, or record as described in subdivision
(b) to make that item available to the obligor or obligee for
examination or copying, or to disclose to the obligor or obligee the
contents of that item. Article 9 (commencing with Section 1040) of
Chapter 4 of Division 3 of the Evidence Code shall not be applicable
to proceedings under this part. At any hearing of a motion filed
pursuant to this section, the court shall inquire of the local child
support agency and the parties appearing at the hearing if there is
reason to believe that release of the requested information may
result in physical or emotional harm to a party. If the court
determines that harm may occur, the court shall issue any protective
orders or injunctive orders restricting the use and disclosure of the
information as are necessary to protect the individuals.

IMO, that child support money should go to MJ's Estate. Those kids have been staying at Hayvenhurst and hasn't MJ footed the bills for there? Does Alejandra even have a job?

They really should re-title this story "dead beat parents"...I don't see Alejandra stepping up and helping out and now the child support is an "issue" since she's being put out of Hayvenhurst.

Why is it I don't feel sympathy for either one of them?....the only one's hurt in all this are the kids.

I doubt Jermaine's kids are hurt and I doubt that I earn that much more than Jermaine. This story seems like big BS to me, but I can't figure out the meaning behind it yet. We had the same story with Murray and his child support.

Dr. Conrad Murray won't lose his Nevada medical license ... because some fat-pocketed friends lent Murray a big chunk of the money he owed in back child support

As we previously reported, Murray was behind on child support and under Nevada law the Medical Board can yank the license of a deadbeat dad.

We're told friends of Dr. Murray's -- fearful he would lose his medical license -- anted up the cash ... we do not know their identity.

Under the terms of the settlement, Murray will have to pay an extra hundred dollars a month to clear up the arrearage, in addition to what he is currently paying -- $1,003

AW....don't take his license away....they do that, then he can't go get a job a McDonalds, and share some grease of his head :lol:

I highly doubt that Jermaine earns less than I do...although, does he actually work? Is this monthly income from the J5 days?  I think it's possible he's earning money "under the table" from MJ but can't claim it or something.  And I imagine he gets paid for interviews, etc because if he can't pay child support, how is it that he's jetting all over the world?  Travel is expensive.

I looked at the documents TMZ posted, it actually has two case numbers on it with a small difference - BD0416964 and BD 416964 and on the second page there is the name "Adrian C Jackson"...who is that?

Once again is there more to this "title" and what can we get from "Deadbeat Dad Without Wheels". Um maybe someone was in a wheel chair or sick and they are not anymore. Dead and beat together makes me think of the Hoax in general. Michael is said to be dead but his heart is still beating.

Jermaine does not have money to support his children, Joe does not take money as that Michael does not support, but Jermaine travels to Europe, Joe goes there is Brazil and spends it very well.. and the one who pays all that? .... garbage 8-)

@Souza yes complete BS! This is like a Mexican Televisa/Telemundo soap opera. They all have money in some way or another Jermaine isn't broke just like Mike isn't broke all of them have more money than I do and that is enough to live. Latoya her appearances, Jermaine he's appearances on national and international TV. Everyone has money including Joe. Michael the secret benefactor of course also helps them out they're all doing pretty well. Jermaine's kids are fine they'll never end up in the street like us the ppl without money could end up Mike would never permit that if the situation were real we know it the man has a heart of gold. So, TMZ is using this article for us to analyze something. Mike wot do we get out of the deadbeat dad thing? lol!!!  :lol:
