OTAN   approves a new strategic concept to act anywhere on the planet where it deems that safety may be threatened, beyond the geographical boundaries of its member countries

OTAN has adopted one of the most ambitious since its founding decisions in 1949 to approve a new model of performance anywhere in the world and to propose a system of missile defense in collaboration with Russia, his old enemy.
