Check this out... I have been reading this blog for a while, just feels like there is something different about it. I can't explain it. Today I checked it out. This sounds like Michael, although the one on MichaelJackson.com didn't.

Is this one different? I dunno. Our ears do hear what we want and our minds make up pretty quickly what we want to hear as well. I still like this song

NO I don't think so. This does sound different to me. I hooked it up to some of my sons recording equipment. Even the lines on his machines say its a different pitch. It is different. I wish I could explain the equitment he has better but I can't. There are differences.

I don't think its my ears that have a problem... by the way my 23 year old son is a music major, plays in a band, has a masters in Music Tech. He says it is different too.

I'm either falling for suggestion or it's all in my head, but it sounds different to me too. Very slightly different but different.

We can no longer listen to the version you posted. Bummer. I will go with your judgment as you've been exposed to music in a different capacity than some of us have. If you find a version we can listen to, please post again. Blessings.

hmmm. this corresponds to what Teddy Riley said, that there are 2  versions.  one finished by him and the other one by John McClain.  WTH?   I wish I could hear it!

MJsForever, I think you're right about the pitch. I went back and forth and there is definitely a difference. This version sounds more like MJ because the pitch is lower. It also sounds like certain vocals were maybe made lower and other ones are louder so more of MJ's true vocals are brought to the front. Thanks for sharing. This is probably the version that Harvey was talking about when he said he heard the album version and it sounds more like MJ.
