Katherine Jackson told Oprah Winfrey ... it was Dr. Conrad Murray himself who broke the news that Michael Jackson was dead.

On an episode of "Oprah" airing today, Katherine explained how everyone at the hospital was reluctant to tell her what happened to her son.

She says Dr. Murray took so long in explaining things ... she had to cut him off, saying, "'Well, what happened? How is he? Did he make it?' And he said, 'No, he's gone.'"

and Dileo seems to love taking credit for telling everyone and their dog that mj had died, i remember him claiming to tell Katherine as well as telling the kids!

Assuming, for the sake of argument, that MJ passed away at UCLA:
Hospital doctors are people who see death all the time.  All it takes is for one of them to come out and say "I'm so sorry..." for everyone to get it.  You know, like they do in movies.    I doubt that no hospital doctor had the guts to do that... OK, they may have been sweating or tearing up because this is MJ, but still... Conrad Murray shouldn't be the one telling Katherine about her son - it should be one of the UCLA doctors who tried to save Jackson.

I swear I can't take it anymore. They keep saying all this all the time and the only thing it manages to do is to have people losing faith. I know I do. I admit it. I almost have days when I do not believe this is a hoax anymore. I swear! I just can't take it anymore!
People keep seeing a hoax in absolutely everything, and they will see a hoax in everything till the end of time. But I do not and cannot fool myself, I simply cannot. I can't bare to see Katherine talking like this, it breaks my heart, I am simply at the end of my nerves.

@Andrea thank you! You have just typed what I was gonna say. Ok, so again contradictions oh my. It's is possible at the first the family didn't know he had taken off. Maybe only a few Jermaine for sure knew he effed up when instead of hospital he said airport.

I don't think the family knew for sure until much later - maybe when Dileo told them 'he was gone'.

I just watched the video. God, Katherine is almost crying. No, this can't be a hoax.... I am simply losing my nerves and my sanity, this can't be a hoax, this woman is in tears

Exactly my thoughts when I watched this. But the doctors never said he was dead, and never made a statement afterwards as well. Things that made you go hmmmm. If I look at O's face when Mrs. Jackson told this, she went hmmmm as well... Scared yet?  :lol:

By the way: seems like Mrs. Jackson had some acting lessons, I almost believed her! If the things she said wouldn't be so crazy and this was the only thing we would have seen, you would almost think he's really dead. Good job Mrs. J.!

Maybe it's good if you take a little break...  Focus on something else, do some nice things, relax, clear your head and come back after a couple of days.  Sometimes that really helps.
