Thank you so much for the pictorial break down!  It is very helpful.   I use to be good friends with the mother of the artist but we've lost touch and both of us moved away from our sunny perch in California.   She's a very spiritual and psychic person.    I'm going to look for her and see if Kadir plans to talk about this work.

Did someone say the Prince reference is no longer part of the cover?   How is that?

It's just hard to understand why a cover that appears to be an overview of MJ's career, doesn't include anything past the Dangerous era?  Is the only reason that all the songs are written during those years or is it something else?  I plan to ask Kadir.  I don't know that I will get an answer or even be able to locate his mother easily but I'm gonna try!

sorry for not having this down pat but is that before 1988? i keep thinking about the dates on the casket guy thing.
"I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be shrewd as serpents and as innocent as doves."

Why not just tell people I'm an alien from Mars? Tell them I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight. They'll believe anything you say, because you're a reporter. But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, "I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight," people would say, "Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a single word that comes out of his mouth."

Dangerous Era would be 1991 - 1994 about.

I would be interested in what you all think about the fact that nothing on the cover so far stands out as being after the dangerous era. I know that we have discussed the funeral and memorial pictures from that era as well and it seemed that the common consenus was that it was because of Liberian Girl and Moonwalker and the messages. While that may be so I have always had a niggling feeling that there is more to it than that. This album cover raises those same questions for me again.

And who is the guy in the upper left hand corner over Mike's head across from the space ship? If you look real close you can see half of his face, some one from another board said it looks like MLK but it looks to young or maybe I just can't see it that well what do guys think?

Is it Eddie Murphy? You can definitely see him in the Dangerous comparison as the Pharaoh from Remember the Time.

That's definitely Eddie...He's wearing the Pharoahs headdress. To symbolize the Remember the Time video, I suppose.

No not that I'm talking about the picture of the man that's over the head of Mike from the off the wall cover, this guy's not wearing any head dress......look if you blink you'll miss him lol....look to the left of that space ship over mike's head from the off the wall cover.      ;)

You know what...it just dawned on me that in order for you to see what I'm talking about you would have to look at the original pic of the cover art for this new album and as soon as I get chance I'll show you what I'm talking about.

Here's what I'm talking about.

Also I want to point something else out... in the smooth criminal portion of the picture you notice that there's a mirror with a reflection in....is it me or does this relate to the "doubles" in this hoax?  ;)
