When did she take this picture?  It is gorgeous.  I saw her recently and it appears her cheeks were twice this size.

There is some symbolism may be.

The Khorsabad winged bull is colossal figure of the Assyrian period which kept the city gates of Mesopotamia. Since the winged bull is a relief that represents an animal (a bull) with a human head  it is said that upon seeing him that people feel fear. They were the guardians of the palace.

(I can write more and more    but I will bore you)

Then we also see the black panther which symbolism has been as well being analyzed in this forum.

If I connect that pic to any hoax clue, i´ll go on the history of Babylon.
Mesopotamia was the first place where writing was developed, more than 5,000 years ago as a result of urban growth. That was when it became necessary to create a control system to keep data that concerned the king and his government. Soon after, they began to be recorded in writing also other issues. Appeared and the sacred books, science books and the first literary works. The importance of the discovery of writing was so great that it is from that event when historians date the birth of history. Or should we say HIStory? ;)

Here's another image that looks to have been taken at the same time. Couldn't find any information about them though.
