Joe Jackson -- I Want Half a Billion Bucks
14 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, wants somewhere between $10 million and $500 million from Dr. Conrad Murray to compensate him for the loss of his son's support ... this according to new documents obtained by TMZ.

In the docs -- part of Joe's wrongful death lawsuit -- he claims the money he seeks is in "the realistic range of provable damages."

Joe says 20% of his damages are for loss of support, 40% are for emotional distress and 40% are for "loss of comfort, aid, society and companionship."

And this is huge ... Dr. Murray says he's broke and can't settle anything because his insurance company is refusing to cover him.

Joe's lawyer, Brian Oxman, also says he may take the depositions of more than 60 people who have info regarding Jackson's death.

Dr. Murray says in his new filings he does not want to sit for a deposition until after the criminal case runs its course.  It's a whole 5th Amendment thing.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleading_the_Fifth

Is Murray pleading the fifth? AKA, keeping quiet about Michael not really being dead until the case "runs it's course"...?  ;)

What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare. It isn't. It's the beginning.

Well since you're talking about that pic we've seen a lot. Half the background is white and the other half is black, hair tossed in wind, gained a little weight in the face, sometimes I notice that when he puts lipstick on he puts higher than his actual lip line on top, and slightly less on the bottom. I noticed that in his younger pics he has fuller lip on the bottom and thinner lip on the top, so this lipstick designing of his lips must be an illusion he's creating. I've seen it on other pics where he has a lot of lipstick on, lipstick on bare skin not lip. In the Arno Bani pics he has his lipstick on accurately, which is much better. I don't care for it here, but I love him no matter what.

About Joe lawsuit, all I know is that there's a lot of lawyers making a whack load of money off of this "death". Not to mention media such as TMZ, and others involved.

In the docs -- part of Joe's wrongful death lawsuit -- he claims the money he seeks is in "the realistic range of provable damages."
Joe says 20% of his damages are for loss of support, 40% are for emotional distress and 40% are for "loss of comfort, aid, society and companionship."

This is what MJ should have sued many for with what he actually lost from the false allegation, "somewhere between ten and 500 million", maybe more like 1 billion. How could you accurately say the money he should be owed legally.$$$ :(

Ridiculous amount of money to sue for and a ridiculous lawsuit - seems about right.

Maybe the "more than 60 people who have info regarding Jackson's death" is the amount of people it took to actively be "in on it" and to create what we've been discussing since June 25,2009 (and obviously these people would've been planning thoroughly with Michael before June 25th).
