Totally agree whatyourheartsays, and also his tweets did not make much sense. It was an endless repeat of the same abbreviations: LA, T.O.Y. and L.O.V.E. As I wrote above, that's the reason I stopped following him after a while.

Yes but twitter as a limited space of 140. You must use abbreviations to have enough place. LA = Los Angeles, TOY = thinking of YOU, LOVE =  I don't know what it means  :roll:

TOY was a nick name for Latoya...  With the wink that follows maybe he saw her interview or past interviews and is just sending her some rolling eyes or a wink here and there.

I don't think so, he do not forgot anything, anytime  you don't know KO, he's too intelligent. All his tweets when he uses signs are with very seldom "", I believe not at all.
Maybe he was not him tweeting that would explain this better.  

I know his tweets since June. . And it's improbable to forget when you use signs, because it's like a reflex what kyes you use.Also being a short tweet, TOY word probability to forget is smaller, and also before sending you check once more on monitor, is also o reflex. Only if you are in a big hurry maybe you don't look on monitor before sending.

I could also think like you on the first, but I can not, I like his style of writing so I pay a higher attention. Then I always tried to eliminate doubts. How? as I told you it's a short tweet, even if you are in hurry, you find the right keys...and so on... please is my advice in situation like this with MJ you must take all factors into account, even the fact that KO was close to MJ, so some of his tweets may be more than simple words or signs.
