Jermaine Jackson has reportedly filed documents stating that he is unable to meet his current child support agreement.
According to TMZ, Michael Jackson's elder brother has requested that the courts lower his monthly payments from $3,000 to $215.
The documents state that Jermaine's appearance on Celebrity Big Brother 5 in 2007 earned the star $450,000, but that his monthly income has only averaged $1,100 over the last year.
In the papers, Jermaine claims that Alejandra Oaziazia - mother of his sons Jaafar and Jermajesty - earns more than him and also receives free accommodation at the Jackson compound.
