Cant' believe they've said 'jacko' again...

They haven't called Michael "Jacko" since before June 25/09....

Maybe "Jacko" is coming Backo!!

Oh looki looki, here's the answer to my question about Katherine listed as the kid's Guardian ad Litem instead of the kid's Guardian of the Persons in her Complaint for Damages, in Murray's Motion to Dismiss and in Joe's Wrongful Death Suit.  Page 6 of the court document:

Interesting - thanks for posting! So many loopholes conveniently placed but ever so slight that someone not looking would easily overlook it. Hmm...

Yes, and the fact LaToya has stated his real name is Michael Joe Jackson.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jackson owed 10's of millions of bucks at the time he died.

Okay, I have only one question:

If Mike had SOOOO many debts, then how come we never heard anything about the IRS banging on his door..?

10's of millions? I thought it was 100's of millions?

Great question and one that has been overlooked for  years. Lesser known celebrities are hauled into court and ultimately to jail for piling on much less debt. You would think that MJ would have been the big fish that they would have loved to catch in such a scandal. There is no IRS news even now with millions pouring in. When's the next chat with Uncle Harvey. I would be interested in his reply and body language when he hears the three letters     I-R-S.  ;)

An extra confirmation of Margaret G Lodise being the Guardian Ad Litem for the kids on page 16:

This song came to mind...dedicated to all those who have been leaving and posting it in the "goodbye thread" after Katherine filed the AEG suit.

Don't Turn Around lyrics
I will survive without you

Don't tell me that you wanna leave
Oh, oh, oh, oh

If you wanna leave
I won't beg you to stay
And if you gotta go, darling
Maybe it's better that way

I'm gonna be strong, I'm gonna do fine
Don't worry about this heart of mine
Walk out that door and see if I care
Go on and go, but

Don't turn around
'Cause you're gonna see my heart breaking
Don't turn around
I don't want you seeing me cry

Just walk away
It's tearing me apart that you're leaving
I'm letting you go
But I won't let you know, I won't let you know
Oh, oh, oh, oh

I won't miss your arms around me
Holding me tight, holding me tight
And if you ever think about me
Just know that I'll be alright, I'll be alright

I'm gonna be strong, I'm gonna do fine
Don't worry about this heart of mine
I will survive, I'll make it through
I'll even learn to live without you

Don't turn around
'Cause you're gonna see my heart breaking
Don't turn around
I don't want you seeing me cry

Just walk away
It's tearing me apart that you're leaving
I'm letting you go
But I won't let you know

I wish I could scream out loud
That I love you
I wish I could say to you
Don't go

As he walks away
He feels the pain getting strong
People in your life
They don't know what's going on

Too proud to turn around
He's gone

Don't turn around
'Cause you're gonna see my heart breaking
Don't turn around
I don't want you seeing me cry

Just walk away
It's tearing me apart that you're leaving
I'm letting you go

Baby, don't turn around
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Don't turn around
Oh, oh, oh, oh

Just walk away
Oh, oh, oh, oh
It's tearing me apart that you're leaving
I'm letting you go

Don't turn around
Oh, oh, oh, oh
Don't turn around
Oh, oh, oh, oh

I def don't have a legal eye but are there always so many typos?  Page 17 includes a sentence stating Branca & McClain were appointed Executors of MJ's will on Nov 10, 2010 (pretty sure that is supposed to state 2009?!)   Also, why are these docs going on & on about "trade secrets" not being released to the public?  So much info to read, I'm confused  :?

That trade issue is "explained" to the court by several "examples" as if the judge is some kind of moron  who wouldn't understand why they are asking to seal the docs if they had not literally typed it out for him
