LA County Bar Association is having a panel discussion about the criminal and civil case against MJ
The Los Angeles County Bar Association is sponsoring an indepth analysis / panel discussion of the 1993 and 2005 cases against Michael Jackson. Members of the panel will include "those most closely involved with these cases: the judge, Honorable Rodney Melville (Retired); the prosecutor, Deputy District Attorney Ronald Zonen; defense attorney Thomas A. Mesereau, Jr. who represented Michael in the Santa Barbara County criminal trial; attorney Larry Feldman who represented the alleged victim in the civil case; and attorney Carl E. Douglas who represented Michael in the criminal investigation of the civil case." It will held in LA on September 15th.

The program is closed to the public, as it is only open to attorneys & judges. At first the organization did not wanted to publish anything about this. Thanks to a group of fans, or as they officialy say due to great public interest and inquiry, they have decided to record the program and make it available for purchase a week or so after the seminar. People who are interested may contact the LACBA MEMBER SERVICES DEPARTMENT at (213) 896-6560 at that time (approx. Sept 22 or 25).

I can just imagine how objective their in-depth analysis will be.  And then they want to sell downloads of it?  I guess it's time to make money off of trashing MJ again.

I wonder if this would be taking place if Michael hadn't,"died"........seems really odd to me.  The comments below the article say this is a first for the Bar.  Maybe, just maybe, instead of re-trashing Michael, they will provide the world with the absolute truth:  that Michael was 10000000000000000000000000% innocent!!!!!!
The truth....always....prevails :)

Blessings!

"Members of the panel will include those most closely involved with these cases".  So, in that case:

WHY ISN'T TOM SNEDDON'S NAME IN THIS LIST...?!

He's most definitely THE most closely involved with these cases.

MO that's what I'm wondering, why isn't Tom Sneddon not on the list, he's the most wanted in this case :?

I know there was a man who was recently speaking out against Tom Sneddon, saying that he's the one who needs to be investigated and prosecuted. I wonder if this meeting could be to discuss that... since Tom's clearly not invited... :?:

That would be glorious, by the way. The truth always prevails, and Michael said himself he had "faith in the justice system". No the media was not fair to him and there shouldn't have been a case against him at all, but the jury didn't convict him did they? And if they were to take this a step further and convict the REAL criminal in this case, justice would certainly be served.

What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare. It isn't. It's the beginning.

After rereading the article I'm wondering about the same Jaci.  I'm most definitely interested in Tom Mesereau's thoughts about this day, and would love to see the recorded program.  I think one of the justice project will make sure it's gonna be available on the internet soon.

Things are starting to get VERY interesting....and, I'm sure, very scary for some people who should be scared...like Tom Sneddon.  I can't wait to see the outcome of this!

Yeah that's what I'm thinking... maybe the meeting is in part to discuss HIM.

In which case, wouldn't that be grand?  8-)

Are you entertained?

Would this be happening if Michael didn't, "die"?
Makes me wonder of the whole timing........
Maybe they will finally restore Michael's good name and trash the system!  Perhaps the world is about to re-write that history with the truth that Michael is 100000000000000000000000000% innocent.

Blessings

There's some interesting comments for the article (click on the above link to read them all if you like).  William Wagener is the guy who was calling for Tom Sneddon to be charged...he's posted some comments on the article page.

I first put in a phone and written request to video tape this 2 months ago when it first became slightly known. LA BAR called me back first to say NO recording would be made.
I persisted in arguement with the New Director of the L.A. BAR a week later, pointing out that this is a Historic event. Never before has the BAR sponsored such a "review" of one man's case with attorneys from both sides, and they said they would consider it. Then a week still later, they informed me that THEY would record it for sale later. My personal view, is simple. the JURY in 2005 got it Right, but was NOT allowed to find the Prosecutors guilty of FRAUD, Conspiracy & 2 counts of evidence Faking at the very least. Tom SNEDDON who had been respected lost all credibility to those who LIVE and know what is what and who is who. This event is to try to besmudge Michael Jackson, yet again, and make it appear to the attorneys and New attorneys that the BAR is fair and honest. Nothing could be further from the truth, and it would take a Bible size book to PROVE to the world how corrupt the System and the BAR is.

I will NOT attend this event even though I was offered a ticket to purchase and it is now closed to the "public", only Law students and attorneys can yet buy a ticket.
I for one will NOT feed the beast of Corruption.

@William Wagener What is wrong with assisting to this event, especially you? Isn't this going to prove the wrong-doings and unveil the truth, finally??!!

NO. Most likely it is another attempt to smear MJJ, and make a name for the dis-honorable BAR Association. The System is so completely rotten to the core, if the termites stop holding on to each other, the SYSTEM of INJUSTICE will collapse. See:
You Tube: "Free Fine" and "Zerman on Fine", and you will get just a taste of how rotten the BAR is. How the Supreme Court is paid off, and OWNED by the big money.
I expect Tom M. will do his best to speak up for MJJ innocence but he IS ALSO a BAR member, and can NOT afford to Piss them off. this I know. The BAR needs to be abolished. See: GASTON case on You tube, and related to Oregon BAR. they are all corrupt. The protect their OWN, so that JUSTICE is NEVER applied equally.

It is my intent to debrief several that are attending. And post it on my YT ch within a day or two.

------------------------

I really hope he's wrong and that this will NOT be about trying to make MJ look guilty.  It's a real shame that Wagener decided to not attend.
