Earnest Valentino, E Casanova, Kenny Wizz, Bubby Gram, Navi,......Who else
?

Are there more? Were all these people-impersonators  paid by Michael to be him?

Michael always wore doubles, especially on international trips.
In 1993, when he was in my country on the Dangerous tour, the press reported (later) that fans expecting to see him outside the hotel were "deceived" because every time Michael left the hotel to visit orphanages, hospitals, trials, it was through the back door of the building, while the double passed through the front door, having to deal with the hysteria of the fans in their place!
On shows (presentations), I think he never used imitators (except in the movie "This Is It").

As much as these impersonators dance really well, they just don't have the fluidty that Michael has when he dances. It's very easy to tell Michael apart from his impersonators, his mannerisms are just so distinct...
After watching countless clips of the O2 announcement and TII I believe that to be Michael and no one else. He might have hired body doubles to deter crowds but @ 02 it was definately him.

Did you look at his washboard abs? This was definately NOT him!
Michael doesn't have such well-trained muscles.

MY used doubles as decoys, but never when he was performing. It was always MJ
anyway none can come close to his style, persona, no one can dance and move like him.

I believe only one double was used in this is it, and that is when MJ jumper through the glass window. Otherwise all were MJ.

02 Guy that was MJ.
