EXCLUSIVE.
2nd July 2009. Redondo Beach, California. Attorney at Law, Tony Capozzola at his office. Capozzola was Michael Jackson's former legal advisor during the late singers court battle, to fight child molestation, conspiracy and alcohol charges. The 'King Of Pop', was acquitted of all charges. The alleged victim was a boy named Gavin Arvizo.

WTF is this?¿
I tried to extract the EXIF but my program finds no extended information on this pic.

Is this for real?!

If anyone wants the photo to try to extract the EXIF from it let me know and I'll send it to you! That's a screen cap since it didn't let me upload the original one.

That's not an old photo, that's the same Michael we could see in TII.

Since anyone can put whatever date they want there, it would be good if we had anyone who knew how to work with pics and how to extract the EXIF from them to see if those dates are true or false.

Still there's no doubt that's the same Michael from TII, that picture had to be taken in 2009.

Byline: RYAN PARRY

MICHAEL Jackson Noun 1. Michael Jackson - United States singer who began singing with his four brothers and later became a highly successful star during the 1980s (born in 1958)
Michael Joe Jackson, Jackson  was a suicidal wreck during his child abuse trial - fearing he would be thrown in jail, his former lawyer has revealed.

Defence attorney Tony Capozzola says a fragile Jacko spent hours on the phone sobbing that he was terrified ter·ri·fy
The star was also worried that his children would be left alone if he was convicted of molesting 13-year-old cancer survivor Gavin Arvizo in the 2005 trial.
In his first interview about the case, Capozzola revealed Jacko hated his nickname "Wacko Jacko" and failed to understand why the public thought it sick that he shared his bed with young boys.

Capozzola, 68, who runs a legal practice in Redondo Beach Redondo Beach , said: "Michael was terrified that he might be convicted and go to jail - that was his worst fear.

"He called me many, many times after court, he called me late at night.

"He was very emotional and crying in a lot of the calls, it was a really tough time for him, he was unstable.

"Our relationship developed into a friendship and if I wasn't there, he spoke to my wife. Michael was frightened to be in custody, he knew that if he went to prison as a child molester
degenerate, deviant, deviate, pervert - a person whose behavior deviates from what is acceptable especially in sexual behavior , terrible things would have happened to him.

"He was scared he would be attacked and even molested
To subject to unwanted or improper sexual activity.  by other prisoners.

"Physically he was very frail and very frightened about that."
Capozzola had been asked by Michael to oversee his defence during the trial to make sure it ran smoothly. The case was triggered by a British documentary film, presented by the journalist Martin Bashir Martin Bashir  in London) is a British journalist of Pakistani descent. , in which the singer admitted sharing his bed with young boys at his Neverland ranch in California.

Jackson insisted there was no sexual contact and that it was a "beautiful thing", "charming" and "sweet".

However, Arvizo went on to accuse Jackson of sexually abusing him and the singer was charged with 10 counts, including four of molesting a minor.

He denied all charges and claimed he was the victim of a failed extortion extortion, in law, unlawful demanding or receiving by an officer, in his official capacity, of any property or money not legally due to him. Examples include requesting and accepting fees in excess of those allowed to him by statute or arresting a person and, with  attempt. But it came after being accused of abusing 13-year-old Jordan Chandler.
While Michael settled those 1993 claims with a EUR EUR

Notes:
The currency market, also known as the Foreign Exchange market, is the largest financial market in the world, with a daily average volume of over US $1 trillion. 10million payment, nothing could stop the Arvizo case going to court.

All Capozzola could do was try his best to reassure the King of Pop and constantly tell him the trial was going well and he wasn't going to jail.
During five months of stressful court appearances, Jacko battled a roller-coaster of emotions that could have easily led to the star ending his own life.

Capozzola said: "He would constantly say, 'Tony do you think I'm going to jail? I need you to be honest with me.' "He would break down, his voice would tremble and he'd be sobbing. He never said I'm going to kill myself, but he said I can't go to jail, I just can't, he implied that he would have to find another way out.

"I tried everything to keep his mind away from that, but I was worried he would do something stupid. In court, Michael was completely quiet, the perfect defendant. He wasn't arrogant, he didn't say a word. He just sat there frightened.
"They said all these terrible things about him. Michael was upset, even sick."

Jackson also believed Judge Rodney Melville had it in for him. "He thought the judge hated him, the judge seemed to threaten him all the time," said Capozzola.

In one bizarre appearance at Santa Maria court, Jackson arrived in his pyjamas Casapozzola said: "He was ill and frightened, which made him look weirder."

And still the popstar didn't grasp why there was such public outcry over his behaviour with children.

"He could not understand society's evil thoughts about him because of his mental set, he was Peter Pan, 'Why do they think I'm evil,' he'd say. 'I don't know why everyone thinks I'm guilty.' I had to be very blunt with him, I told him, 'Because you're a 48-year-old man and you got interviewed by Martin Bashir and told him you sleep with children, that doesn't go on in America or in most civilised countries, a man does not sleep with children.' "Michael told me nothing sexual went on and I believed him. But I said again that sleeping with kids doesn't go in today's society, but he told me, 'That's society's problem and not mine', in other words Adv. 1. in other words - otherwise stated; "in other words, we are broke"
put differently  they are the dirty old men."
The lawyer recalls how Jackson hit rockbottom in the final days of the trial.

He said: "The night before the jury went out Michael hit an all-time low. His voice was trembling and he said, 'I'm very worried, I'm very worried.' His biggest concern was his children.

"He said, 'If I go to jail, I don't know what will happen to my family, who will look after them?'" During the trial Capozzola went on the attack and is credited with getting Michael cleared. He started investigating Gavin Arvizo's mother Janet and believed she was trying to extort To compel or coerce, as in a confession or information, by any means serving to overcome the other's power of resistance, thus making the confession or admission involuntary. To gain by wrongful methods; to obtain in an unlawful manner, as in to compel payments by means of threats of  money from Michael.

He said: "I discovered she had committed welfare fraud, and once the jury heard about this, they held that thought throughout the trial, they believed she was a fraud, and she was a key witness.

"Michael Jackson was never an evil person, but he was certainly a target for those who are."

Quincy: His death is still too surreal LEGENDARY music producer Quincy Jones yesterday said he never believed in his "wildest nightmares" that Michael Jackson would die before him.

Quincy, 76, who worked with Jacko on his early albums, added: "I still don't know how to process it. It's too surrealistic  Having an oddly dreamlike or unreal quality. We had so many experiences together, it's hard to believe."

Quincy (compared Michael with a little brother but said he would not attend his funeral. He added: "There's a lump down here, so deep with emotions. I don't go to any funerals and I won't be going to Michael's. I've lost 150 friends in two-anda-half years. That's a lot to deal with. It's so unreal that Michael has gone. I can't believe it. It's like a bad movie."

Quincy, who is a quarter Welsh, was made a fellow of the Welsh College of Music and Drama yesterday.

In a question and answer session with students, he said: "Michael's like a part of my soul. I can't help it, that's the way it is. He's my little brother that's gone.

"He was the very best. People ask me if he was crazy. All artists are crazy. You don't want the boy next door."

How he died affects EUR10m cover on gigs ORGANISERSof Michael Jackson's cancelled London concerts could lose a EUR10million insurance payment if it is found the singer died of natural causes.

oss Randy Phillips, below, said that would fall short of between EUR15million and EUR18million the firm had spent on Jackson's advance and other costs.

But he added that around 50% of those who had paid for seats had opted to receive their tickets as memorabilia instead of a full refund - a move that will help the company break even.

The sold-out O2 concerts generated EUR52million in ticket sales, but AEG has offered full refunds on the face value and surcharges.

Cash from rehearsal concert footage and a video project Jackson was overseeing could also help balance books.

Phillips said: "For the record, this great company I work for is not bankrupt and not going out of business and certainly not in trouble. I'm heartbroken but the company's fine."

Phillips said he saw no need to sue Jackson's estate to recover costs. He'd break down sobbing. I was worried he'd do something stupid and find a way out JACKO'S LAWYER TONY CAPOZZOLA

Attorney Kills Paralegal, Self, in Dispute Over Money—Police
By a MetNews Staff Writer

A criminal defense attorney killed a paralegal, then himself, in a dispute over money, a police investigator said yesterday.

Attorney Gerald Scotti shot and killed the paralegal, Barry Feldman, with a .38 handgun inside a third-floor law office suite, Redondo Beach Police Department Sgt. Peter Grimm told the MetNews.

The bodies were discovered shortly before 6 p.m. at the office of defense attorney Carl A. “Tony” Capozzola when officers responded to a 911 call of gunshots fired, Grimm said. Capozzola, who was interviewed by detectives, witnessed the shooting but was not wounded, detectives explained.

Capozzola did not return a MetNews phone call. Another attorney who worked in the suite, Mark Haushalter, described the shooting to a reporter for the Daily Breeze of Torrance.

Shooting Described
“I heard about six shots, then a loud thump, as if something big had hit the floor,” he said. “I grabbed the other attorney in the room with me and ducked under the conference table. When I saw someone running down the hallway, I made a break for it.”

Haushalter’s partner, Ryan Okabe, said he also heard the shots.

“I thought it was someone fooling around with a cap gun until I smelled the gun powder,” Okabe told the newspaper.

“This place wasn’t like most law offices,” the 27-year-old added. “It was a very lighthearted place. I can’t imagine anyone in this office being angry or disgruntled enough to do something like this.”

A call to Scotti’s Beverly Hills office was taken by an answering service and not returned.

Scotti was a graduate of the University of LaVerne College of Law and had been an attorney since 1985.

DEA Agent
Attorneys who knew him described him as likeable. They said he attended law school while working as a Drug Enforcement Administration agent and became “persona non grata” at the agency after testifying as a subpoenaed defense witness in the trial of automaker John DeLorean.

His “adverse witness” testimony about some of the actions of his colleagues “corroborated our theory that DeLorean was set up by the government,” defense attorney
Howard Weitzman said.

Among Scotti’s clients was Francisco (Pancho Villa) Martinez, sentenced to life in prison plus 60 years last month on federal racketeering charges. Martinez, prosecutors said, ran the Columbia Li’l Cycos gang from a prison cell, controlling drug trafficking in MacArthur Park.

Other clients included convicted celebrity madam Jody “Babydol’’ Gibson; Sandy Murphy, convicted three years ago of helping kill her live-in boyfriend, wealthy Las Vegas casino owner Ted Binion; and Kambiz Maleki, a construction executive acquitted after four trials of trying to bribe an inspector for the Los Angeles Unified School District.

The Bottom Line... Busted - DeLorean Case

John DeLorean - Entrapment
In the summer of 1982, DeLorean received a phone call from James Hoffman, a former drug smuggler turned FBI informant. DeLorean met with Hoffman on July 11, 1982, to discuss an investment opportunity to help save his company. Over the course of the next three months, Hoffman slowly explained his intricate plan involving cocaine smugglers, a bank for laundering money, and the specifics of how much money DeLorean would be required to front to procure the deal. DeLorean went along with these discussions, planning to trade DMC stock for the seed money for any deal that would benefit the company, but leaving the drug-smuggler investors with stock in a company completely controlled by the British government. On October 19, before going to meet the investors to consummate the deal, DeLorean wrote a letter to his attorney and sealed it, with instructions to open it only if he did not return. The letter explained the situation he was in and his fear for his family's safety if he tried to back out of the deal. On October 19, 1982, DeLorean was charged with trafficking in cocaine by the U.S. government.

DeLorean successfully defended himself with a procedural defense, arguing that the FBI had enticed a convicted narcotics smuggler to get him to supply the money to buy the cocaine. His attorney stated in Time (March 19, 1984), "This [was] a fictitious crime. Without the government, there would be no crime." The DeLorean defense team did not call any witnesses. DeLorean was found not guilty due to entrapment on August 16, 1984.

In late 1982, DeLorean's legal troubles were satirized in the comic strip Doonesbury, in which the character of Uncle Duke travels to Hollywood to become a film producer and make a movie based on DeLorean's life story. In an ironic twist, Duke, in an attempt to raise the money needed to buy the rights to the story, sets up a cocaine deal and is arrested by undercover government agents.

So in the pics the illusionist posted the date is the same, 06 july 2009 but I'm afraid it was edited..and if it was, for what purpose? If it was just to mock the believers why haven't we seen or heard about this pic before.

Still to me in that picture Michael looks just the way he did in TII..It has to be recent though I'm not sure if was taken after 25 june, the info might have been edited, changed or lost.

Spalsh News is a tabloid.

This is a picture that John Chapple took and sold to this tabloid. It isn't new, Michael was involved with Tony Capozzola around the time of the 2005 trial.

"Oxman reportedly got attorney Tony Capozzola hired by Jackson to assemble a dossier of the accuser’s mother’s welfare records and to write to the Los Angeles County district attorney in order to generate a legal case against her and undermine the prosecution as the molestation case went to trial. (In court the mother took the Fifth on welfare questions. She had wrongfully cashed two welfare checks, worth $1,500, while she was being supported by Major Jay Jackson.) In the dossier Capozzola prepared, all the food and lodging costs paid by Michael Jackson, including the family’s stay at Neverland, were itemized as income for her. Capozzola also filed a motion in the California State Supreme Court against District Attorney Sneddon for vindictive prosecution."

The date on the camera could have been off when the picture was taken and that would account for the date on the picture. At least I think thats how it works. I may be wrong tho.

I have no idea how this works. But if you think the date was off, how do you explain the extracted day of creation is July 6? Like it has been added afterwards?

Another thought: do you think MJ would pose for the camera like that so shortly after his "death" :?:  As much as I would like to believe this picture really is from that day...We can't seem to be able to prove it  :?
