Joe Jackson Will Ask Court To Remove Michael Jackson Estate Executors

(RTTNews) -  Joe Jackson, father of the late pop star Michael Jackson, has been granted a hearing on October 6 to attempt to remove the executors of his son's estate.

The older Jackson, who was not named in his son's will, is expected to argue that he should have a say in the potential executors of his son's estate because he was financially dependent on his son Michael. He has therefore requested the removal of the currently-named executors - Michael Jackson's attorney John Branca and music executive and family friend John McClain.

Said his attorney Brian Oxman, "I think it's an important issue for all fathers around the country and around the world that when their child dies they should have a say-so in their child's estate."

Meanwhile, lawyers for the estate stressed that all obligations to named beneficiaries are being met, with attorney Howard Weitzman dismissing Jackson's claims, "As I've said before, Mr. Jackson's appeal is not well taken."

Jackson is currently pursuing a wrongful death suit against his son's doctor, Conrad Murray, who is accused of administering the lethal dose of Propofol responsible for the King of Pop's death.

Really people.  someone needs to explain the law to Joseph.  He is not an heir so he has no rights whatsoever concerning Michael's will.  The only people who can petition to have anyone removed as executor are the beneficiaries named in the will and then they've got to go through hell and high water to prove misconduct in order to do it. This has got to be another calculated way of keeping MJ in the news, or Joe is really just that foolish.  Or maybe both.

I think Joe has his own role in the hoax, and he works together with Michael. We just don't understand why he is doing these things, that's all. We don't understand a lot of things about the hoax.

I'd say trust worthy. Both of whom have known the Jackson family for decades and proven their loyalty on many occasions. However those two have completely different chores, but the same goal – to protect and increase the Estate’s interest.

I believe Mr. Jackson should do all that he can, regardless if he was not named in the will all not he is MJ''s father and he always had his children best interest at heart. You never heard of him once robbing his children cheating them out of their fair share of their earnings.  Yes every one hold the wippings he gave his children over his head however  MJ forgave himm and them were cool, he has always been their for MJ when he needed him and when he could get to MJ when MJ was not being controlled by his handlers.

Just a silly thought:

what if the will is really fake, but ON PURPOSE? Cause if Mike's alive...who needs a will, get me? Problem is, we don't know who and what is part of the hoax. It could just as well be that this is all intentional: fake will, Joe suing for money, Katherine's custody of the kids (of course), the executors of the will must be in the know, in that case, and so on...

Sounds crazy I know, but isn't the whole hoax crazy? Either Joe knows what's going on and wants a share, or he's just playing his part, being greedy and doing what's expected. Only God knows (and MJ of course).

tying up more loose ends. Ms. Katherine (or joe even) needs to be in control of the estate, so when MJ returns he has the power back of his estate back. With out the current executors it'll make easier to do so.
