i was watching this is it again and i realised mj replaced " love is the answer" when singing i just cant stop loving you with " i cant be with you". its cool if he meant " i cant be with you, love is the answer", so its smth like a clue.

maybe he means: 'i cant be with you' - meaning us , the fans because he fakes his death: and he couldnt be 'with us' 2009 , up until he comes back (IF he comes back - or 'i cant be with you' forever..
