The guys from War claim Pepsi stole their "signature song" for a national ad campaign ... and now the band is opening a $10 million can of whoop ass to make things right

Ironically, it's all over the song "Why Can't We Be Friends?" -- which, according to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, is currently being used in an ad campaign for Pepsi Max.

According to War, the band "did not consent to the use of their performance" in the spot -- and claim the commercial is a "deliberate violation" of their licensing arrangements.

War ain't cheap -- the band wants more than $10 million in damages.

Calls to Pepsi have not been returned.

Exactly Souza.  They may be starting to send the American troops home from Iraq but I really think the only reason for that is so they can be sent somewhere else instead - war makes the "elite" too much money. I think Iraq may be this generation's Vietnam.  I wonder what they're planning next for their excuse to invade another country.

And a thank you to TMZ for doing what they can to warn us!

Ya, that's what I meant.  I just hope it's not another Pearl Harbour or 9/11.

And thanks for the clip! I had forgotten about that movie.  So maybe more "wars" will be created when in actuality, the money is going elsewhere and the soldiers are being used for something else?  And that could be happening now as well.  Come to think of it, why does NASA seem to be have an endless budget?  I don't believe for a second that they're using that money for discovering the solar system and our galaxy.  I think spending money on THE PLANET WE LIVE ON would be more important than spending billions and billions on robots going to Mars.  If we're to believe that even happened in the first place.  I don't think what they're doing in space has anything to do with "exploration" or "discovery".

maybe they are trying to say that a new "9 / 11" will happen? and then accuses Iran .. and it starts again? Iran is using nuclear technology without any intention of war. USA then can use this argument for a new attack (War Goes Nuclear).

It couldn't be any clearer than that TMZ since several articles I saw these war messages and thought that I was looking to deep into it, I really fear a new 9/11 type event and the war against Iran is a very strong possibility. They are constantly focusing on Iran and its supposed nuclear weapons development. It's the same scenario that they are giving us with Irak and the weapons of mass destruction that as of today have still not been found...

For so long we've been hearing how Ahmadinejad had supposedly said, "Israel must be wiped off the map".

I'm sure everyone's seen the nicname, Usrael (Israel the real voice behind Obama). And I agree this TMZ coded message does sound like another coming 911 or another Pearl Harbour both of which were inside jobs blamed on another to justify further bloodshed against Iraq and Japan.

My heart tells me there will be much suffering in the fulfillment of God's plan of history. But like God said to Joseph in the Old Testament, his brothers meant it for evil, but God meant it for good, referring to Joseph's pain and troubles at the hands of his brothers. I believe God is also saying, The best is yet to come. The restitution or consummation of all things.

Some say that war with Iran is a fact. Will lead it to us with his prodigal son Israel who will not just in conflict because leaving it may not American companies take part in the distribution of business history and USA is the father of the project. European powers know and as well as business with oil from Iran, will be forced to ally with Israel and USA to take part in the banquet. There is no turning back. countries to profiting from this mega energy project are eternal friends of us and that cannot and should condemn Israel before their atrocities because this small but powerful country, is just doing his job, is the conscious bait. Israel is in the game because it will receive part of energy, and you will be the spoils of the occupation in Iranian territory to its expansion and awarded largest will be appended Palestine (or what is left of it) and ejected people forever. It is the power in that area; but always under the American tutelage.

Wars was invent in laboratories to take possession of the riches of other Nations. The political issues "generated them" are just pretexts.

Tony Blair memoirs: we must be prepared for attack on Iran

The international community has to be prepared to take military action against Iran if the regime develops a nuclear weapon, Tony Blair has said in an interview to promote his memoirs, A Journey.

Published: 8:57AM BST 01 Sep 2010

He said it was ''wholly unacceptable'' for Tehran to seek a nuclear weapons capability and insisted there could be ''no alternative'' to military force ''if they continue to develop nuclear weapons''.
Speaking to BBC journalist Andrew Marr, Mr Blair said: ''I am saying that I think it is wholly unacceptable for Iran to have a nuclear weapons capability and I think we have got to be prepared to confront them, if necessary militarily.

''I think there is no alternative to that if they continue to develop nuclear weapons. They need to get that message loud and clear.''
In the interview, to be shown on BBC2 on Wednesday night, Mr Blair also said he was ''desperately sorry'' for the relatives of those killed in Iraq but insisted leaving Saddam Hussein in power would have been a ''bigger risk'' to security than removing him.
He was ''sorry for the lives cut short'' but did not regret the decision to go to war.

Unrepentant Tony Blair Calls for Iran Attacks

Back in the Public Eye With Memoirs, Blair Looks to Start More Wars
by Jason Ditz, September 01, 2010

Back in the public eye with the release of his memoirs, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair might lead one to believe it is 2003 all over again. Praising George W. Bush as a great leader and one of the most decisive men he had ever met, Blair also lauds the Iraq War.

And if the Iraq War has somewhat faded in Americans’ memories with the myriad false declarations of victory in recent weeks, it is a much more bitter taste in Britain, where public hearings continue into how the nation was brought into such a disastrous conflict. Blair however chides antiwar people to “keep an open mind” and insists that the war was a great success.

So great a success in fact that he seems eager to replicate it with a similar war against Iran on similarly false pretenses. How similar? Blair actually cites 9/11 and accuses Iran of “developing nuclear weapons” before concluding that there is “no alternative” to a military attack on them.

The invasion of the much small Iraq came on the basis of false links to 9/11 and false claims of the Iraqi government developing nuclear weapons. In addition to thousands of troops which died in the 7+ years of military occupation, an unknown and perhaps unknowable number of Iraqis were also slain. The number varies, from conservatively a few hundred thousand to well over a million.

We already know that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction.  They are trying to pull the same trick on Iran now.

Remember what Nick Rockefeller told Aaron Russo, 11 months before 9/11.  We covered all that in our video Michael Jackson's Message part 1.  Maybe it's time to watch it again.

I watched Tony Blair's interview last night and his Iran comments were so blatant. It's gonna happen, I have no doubt. His words were just as if he was setting the scene, in preparation.
