"This is a horrifying situation the family have been dreading. They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick," said a friend of the Jackson family.

To me, this means "Everyone thinks Michael is gone, but for him to come back, that is totally unexpected and unheard of". I don't know why but that quote really sticks out and speaks volumes to me. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but it can be a bit ambiguous.

I read this: Michael want to comeback and the family don´t want him to comeback because they buried him, they think they don´t have to comeback....

Yep there can be many interpretations because it is an ambiguous statement. I'm sure it was probably said to create speculation at least amongst us hoaxies :)

By the way, if the family does not give consent they can not exhume the body. This is the Canadian law, now as for the Amercan law, I have no clue. Just a little heads up.

Bec, I am sure they will fight for it, because there is no body. If they exhume the body  the tomb it will not be Michael's body. Simple as  1 2 3. I think  I know they will pull a fight not to exhume not because it is sick, because they will look and feel stupid in front of all of the world. I do not mean stupid in a bad way.

I think the whole Murray court thing is orchestrated. In fact I'd bet my left arm on it. So therefor whatever happens is exactly what is supposed to happen.

Although the family trying to fight it and making a big public to-do about it sure would be exciting. Hadn't thought of that side story, thanks all4love.

(I also like the idea of the angry protesters outside FL when they go to "dig him up", whoever suggested that part earlier in the thread. Nice touch, lol)

Michael knocking out the media one day at a time lool

Michael Jackson's Body To Be Exhumed?
September 01, 2010, 05:56:44 AM
Reports claim it could be used for new evidence in the Conrad Murray trial...
14:38, Tuesday, 31 August 2010
The body of the late Michael Jackson may reportedly be exhumed as evidence in Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial.

According to the News of the World, Jacko's remains might be disturbed after Murray's lawyers challenged reports that the Thriller singer died of a Propofol overdose.

It has been claimed that by exhuming the King of Pop's body, new tests could be carried out to see whether Michael could have caused his death by misusing other drugs.

A source told the newspaper: "This is a horrifying situation the family have been dreading. They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick."

Attorney Ed Chernoff has allegedly already consented to have frozen samples taken from MJ's body once it has been retested.

The insider continued: "If the tests don't concur with the coroner's findings, they have the start of a strong defence. The logical next step would be to exhume the body to make new tests."

Jacko's brother Randy was spotted visiting Michael's grave on what would have been the singer's 52nd birthday on Sunday as he paid an emotional tribute to his late brother.

He arrived at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park with flowers and met with Jacko's fans who had gathered to pay their respects to the singer, who passed away over a year ago.

Randy addressed the rumours of Jacko's death, telling X17Online.com: "I'm not real crazy about some of the things I read... some of the things he (Murray) says."

He added: 'I have good faith in our courts and judicial system, so I think justice will be served. "I'm going to leave it in God's hands".

yes.. i read this a few days back...
what jumps out at me in this is the line "They laid Michael to rest and for him to return is just sick".
This indicates, to me, that MJ is in some sort of witnessprotection or just retired out of the limelight, and by  exhuming the body it will force him to return befor he wanted to, (and that is making the family upset).

To me, it's starting to smell like B.S.
Don't you think the family would object more openly if they indeed were going to "dig him up"?
I definitely want to hear more from them about this, or it's tabloid trash.

They have done 2 autopsies and still need to do more tests?? Also allegedly that did keep some of the material with the coroner's office. Other sources said the family had waited with the funeral because they wanted all the samples and fluids, whatever, to be returned so they can bury MJ him "as a whole". Well... some of these, or possibly all, are lies...
Only time will tell if the dig-up story is a lie too or it's been planted there to make us wonder again... :?

P.S. the line "for him to return is just sick" is really priceless  :)
