It's All Good For Michael Jackson
8 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

Michael Jackson would be smiling today ... if circumstances were different, of course, because a judge just dismissed a $300 million lawsuit that had been filed against him.

A federal judge in New York just dismissed a lawsuit filed by AllGood Entertainment, claiming Michael had agreed through an agent to perform several Jackson family reunion concerts in Indiana before going on the road with any other show.

AllGood claimed ... by agreeing to do the London concerts, Jackson breached his agreement with AllGood.

The federal judge ruled today ... Jackson's agent -- Frank Dileo -- merely struck the deal with AllGood in principle, that couldn't become binding without the sign-offs of MJ and his brothers.  The judge also said the deal was just too sketchy to be enforceable.

The case had been partially dismissed last month.  Now it's officially history.

Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Michael Jackson Estate, tells TMZ, "This case never had any merit and the claim was frivolous from day one."

You're welcome.  Actually it's very simple to insert an image, but you just need to know how to do it.  Right click the image and select "copy image location".  Put the [ img ][ /img ] in your post and paste the link in between img tags.  That's all!

I love their chose of words. The first thing that I noticed besides the title was " ... if circumstances were different, of course." Circumstances being that he's in hiding, not that he's dead. I also liked how they stated that the lawsuit was filed against him and not the estate.

Also, didn't TS say something about looking for dots (....) in TMZ articles that are in places where they aren't really needed, like they were just kind of thrown in there? Or did I just make that up?

Just like Michael's "death"  :!:
What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare. It isn't. It's the beginning.

This post really made me smile, not just the title but the first sentence.  Again, TMZ dropping hints.  I thought they had cooled their heels with this for a while but it looks like it is back on.

Is there another way, because when I right click on the image, I don;t have the copy image location option, I just have copy. And that don't work.

Get it togetha\', or leave it alone!
