If Eliza's court case goes through/or his estate get the case throw out, it will very whether Elvis is alive or dead.
Mocienne's court case, since its a paternity issue may lead to MJ being exumed to confirm either paternity or that this is no body in his grave.
Either way, it seems the truth about MJ and Elvis will come from a court of law. If courts confirm what we believe, it'll less room for skepticism.
