The same thats been happening. He's going to be a free man. (Not that he isn't already. Taking walks on the beach, not having a care in the world.)Don't worry I think this will be good for us.
I'm wondering if it's really true that the way they charged him is not legally valid. It was discussed in another forum. I'm a continental-system lawyer, not an expert on US criminal law so I can't confirm that. But it did sound plausible. And if it is true then inevitably they're gonna have to dismiss it or just free him of the charges utterly at some stage. And since you can't be charged for the same thing twice then...voila Murray surely doesn't seem like someone who's scared of being indicted for homicide

Can you share more about what was discussed? How could it be that he wasn't charged legally? Thank you for your time.
