If only the MJJ pictures wasn't on hiatus, then we could find the rest of the pictures taken that day! But the pictures ThunderPower posted really helped! I guess I understand people not thinking this is Michael, like I said at first glance it looked kind of different, but I've come to the conclusion that it is indeed Michael. Maybe the angle and the lighting is weird or something, but MJ had a lot of different looks in the Invincible era around the early 2000s and we're not used to seeing them because they're not the most popular pictures.
His nose and mouth are constantly changing, we don't know every time he does something to it. And like I said I think the angle and lighting might have made it look a little different, but the eyes look the same to me
And I'd just like to add that I know a lot of people are not a fan of the straight-hair wigs, but I don't mind them!

Of course.. When I watched that part of Living With where he's shopping in Vegas for the first time I noticed right away that he just seemed so different from other things I've seen, and something about his eyes and his cheekbones, both of those are so off..! Even Bashir says at one point that "it's hard to believe that this was the same man I'd met at Neverland" or something- he can feel the difference!

It's from around the time of 2002, I couldn't find a better picture for obvious reasons but he looks more or less the same.

londonluck, thanks for sharing. I feel so much the lack of Mike that hurts the soul! Mike is beautiful any way he proposes to change the look, 8-)  looks so fragile in the crowd that surrounds him ...

darn, of course there is a connection between moonwalker and the hoax. i'm even thinking that he did plan this at least for the last 15 or even 20 yrs. maybe the movie gave him the final kick to go for it. so even if it's not a main clue, it was one of the triggers.

edit: about the pics. it's really difficult sometimes cuz mike looks different all the time. when he showed up for the trial avram vs jackson,he didn't look much like himself either. then you have the 2005 trial with professional make up and hair, compared to those from berlin, he looked like a different person with the darker wig and longer hair and almost no make up (if any). if he used doubles for these occasions, they damn there did a very good job in making any of them look exactly like mike...

I believe thats Mike. There are pic's of him in the 1990's when the scumbag press insinuated he had cheek implants. Its just the way he smiles and the angle of the shot. He was geting older which accounts for the weight loss not to mention stress. JMAO  8-)

I know what you mean, but sometimes the whole aura around him is different- I picked up on that right away when I saw this part of Living With, but of course I didn't think anything like this- heck, I had trouble believing in doubles for the longest time, but now I see it, for instance, I always notice his shoulders can look too narrow sometimes (like that mall part, he's also walking in a way not at all like himself), and you can't change your shoulders..  Besides, y'all know what they can do with surgery and makeup and prosthetic features today! And how convenient he uses wigs, eh?
