It's because Cirque du Solei is doing a tribute show for Michael.
Kinda like what they did with The Beatles' "LOVE" show.

I have a friend in Montreal who works for le cirque du soleil, and she told me that they will take artists and they will be dressed as Mj and they will sing his songs. MJ will not be there..

But you may never know with MJ Love and blessings
