This hoax is a huge thing to take under, it's a difficult task for everybody involved and it's obvious no one would do it "just because." Jermaine seems to be the one doing most of the acting and that guy could do nearly anything for money - provide a decent sum and you could make him get out in the rain totally naked and do a monkey dance.

Ok in other words I guess what I am trying to say is are we all in agreeance here that the only reason that some of the Jackson family members are getting paid this monthly payment from the estate is because its a HOAX? Or....

Well, I do not trust Randy because among other things, he ruined the finances of Mike in the years 2004 and 2005 (the time of his trial) and took advantage of the vulnerability of Mike to the point that legally Neverland has been closed because they could not afford to their workers and Randy, on the other hand, bought for himself luxury apartment in Miami, and a car, etc.. So, Mike realized he had lost almost everything. I do not trust Jermaine, why was he who hired Tohme Tohme, nobody knows where and for what purpose, which is a mystery. The other brothers (Latoya, Marlon, Tito ..), I do not know, but it seems they are just selfish. So I think the administrators of the estate are paying them not to intervene. I fear that the aim of the enemies will be held as planned for two decades (100% Sony / ATV and 100% Neverland). Everything that Mike has built a lifetime of hard work, it is very sad. I ask God to protect their children and do not let that happen. I really wanted to think differently, but I can not ..

Its not fair to put the blame on Randy. Randy has his own business.
Do you have proof that he ruined Michaels finances? How did he took advantage of Michael?
Randy has his own money to buy a apartment in Miami. And its not of our business.
Jermaine was more in Bahrein than we all know, I'm sure it was to help Michael. Tohme Tohme is nowhere to be seen but he is probably not in jail for fraud or anything like that. So i don't know about Thome cause nobody ever heard or have seen Thome.
Latoya lived near Michael in LA, i think she had the most contact with Michael and knew more about his fears. She was married once with Jack Gordon who threatened her and the family. Jack Gordon made her say that Michael touched children. Jack Gordon is dead but his friends are not.
Randy was the one who helped Latoya escape from Jack Gordon. There are always jackasses around that want money, if they cant get it from Michael they are gonna infiltrate in the family.
What bugs me the most is that Michael said that there was a conspiracy where he could not talk about and it seems like he was always on the run after the trials. He went to Bahrein and to Ireland and god knows where he went. That's not living a relaxing life..is it?
Maybe i'm wrong about this, but i try to understand things as well.

YES!  It's true! They are getting paid to keep quiet about the hoax.  They are all "acting" as a unit.  Dr. Murray did not "act" alone.  They have a role to play and they all are starring in this hoax and they are being paid to play their role as directed by Michael.

I think the payment is made by the property, so that they (family / siblings) do not interfere in the administration of the interests of MJ. So it has nothing to do with fraud. imo
