Good job !

Thanks Sarahli! You too! I think it might be hard to get across to th French media seeing as we don't have tabloids as much...a lot of my contacts are serious journalists who probably won't take much of an interest but I will never stop trying! I was thinking of writing an email along the lines of: Did Michael faked his death due to infringement of his human rights? (media/people hounding him/racism/portrayed as guilty when proven innocent etc). I think it has to be a bit political for them to take interest. Luckily most of them despise English tabloids so maybe this will be an advantage?

Yes agree with you completely there are not many tabloids here but rather "serious" press but they generally have some place in their websites for this kind of information that you cannot find on the printed version. So let's hope they will talk about it there is DNA evidence after all ! It is serious !

Plus a lot of the "less serious press" have an online contact facility and no emails...here is one tabloid, Gala, You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Well let's do it with the ones we've found. Who knows it can work.

i really have no problem e-mailing. i was just wondering....do we want to make a draft that we all use or do we want to e-mail whoever we can using our own individual draft? and should we all try to do it on the same day to flood their inboxes or does it not really matter?

I think it would be best to do it on the same day, just flood them. That way we will know for sure that they will notice. I'll wait till the weekend to see if we can get more e-mail addresses and then post how and when we will do this. I think it's best to have one e-mail with all the necessary info in it, that we can all use.

By the way I don't know if you guys use a mac or pc but if you have a mac there is a free software called mass mailer you can download so that you can email thousands of people at once. Just to be clear- are we all going to email all of the contacts at the same time with the same message? Are we just going to email the once or several times? Can we get into trouble for spamming?

EDIT: Sorry just saw the above post that you already answered about how many times we should do it. Please ignore this question.

okay i was thinking...michael used tabloids too. so why can't we? quite frankly, many of the "respected" news channels use the crap from tabloids as a basis for their stories. so here we go:

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
-people is one of the more "respected" tabloid magazines. the public usually thinks people is more credible.

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
USweekly makes you fill out a form, but i figured we could insert our e-mail into the little "comment" section.

The Globe is a tabloid as well, but people look at it. more importantly, other news sources look at it and then act like they have the breaking news story. everything about news today is not exclusive, it's all shared. also important to note- they say they will pay you for your "tip." if we e-mail them, it is very important to say we don't want to be paid for this. it's only for information. we're not doing this for money, we're doing it for michael.

i don't know if you want to use them, i just figured we could play with them too.

  • BE LOVE..LIVE LOVE! I LOVE you all, so very much!
Hi guys, sorry I have not been well the last couple of days, but I'm hoping that tomorrow I will be better. I have left some addresses in a previous post, but I would like to know where do we draw the line when it comes to sending emails, What I mean is, do we stick to legitimate news agencies (if there really is any, LOL), or do we go after other magazines and papers that are more tabloidish? What about people mag. us weekly, entertainment weekly, tv guide, wall street journal, newsweek, time, oprah... to name a few etc?

Souza or Mo if you could give us a "guideline" that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I must go get sick again, so good night my wonderful MJ family...I love you all! See you tomorrow...I hope :(

I don't think this was already mentioned, but wasn't another similarity between MJ and Elvis that they both died a few days before they were going to start a new tour?

They are reporting RIGHT now on The Ex-Vice President Al Gore having (allegedly) sexually assualted a massage therapist here in Portland back in 2006..They like gossip, lol They have even called him a pervert.
(He musta thought she was a hooker)  :? Or he was trained very well how to lie when he worked under President Clinton, we ALL know he said "He never had sexual relations with Monica" lol  8-)
And This Is a REAL news station here. Shame.

But, it does say something.. They may very well want to be The station that actually reports (Where) "The news comes first"...about ElvisandMJ.com

Are we going to approach the British tabloids?

Also, as I posted in the previous thread how about including
CHARLES THOMSON - You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Although a freelance writer, he does also work with The Sun.
Also, if he picks up on this story we may get some unbiased coverage.
Besides the piece already posted on this forum:

he also wrote this for the Huffington Post
