When someone reads from a script, they say the words they have infront of them and can put on an accent to suit the character. Hugo Weaving is not English, but he when he played V he said the word 'bloody' and in an English accent, because he was playing an Englishman in the film.
a very strong speech, everything he said is so true but honestly i don't think it's MJ,not at all.
