WHY ONLY SUNFLOWERS AT FORREST LAWN?

the fact is that Presley did not ask to bring sunflowers just days before 25 June (in this case the reaction to this invitation  could be logical and explicable) .. but the invitation was  made two months ago by lisamary ! (so people would have already forgotten ..).. But no!a sea the sunflowers in forest lawn! :?  .. I don't know .. but I think in the future the sunflowers will begin to decrease or  disappear, as they are disappearing from the believers avatar   in the forum where we talk about  hoax ..  because (rightly or wrongly, the sunflower was considered a symbol connected to  hoax and  you not just tell me that all those people  with those bouquets of sunflowers Forest Lown were believers ... unless you want to consider another possibility :roll:  .. that in the last year the percentage of believers than no-believers has increased beyond measure ..  and it could explain the overwhelming predominance of sunflowers on other types of flowers on June 25 ...

but, i do agree that the whole sunflower phenomenon is suspect and i admit getting caught up in it.  but, once we saw the mcdonalds billboard with the joe vs. joseph thing and many of you posted that this was just commercialism and good advertising for companies with people taking advantage of Believers and non-believing fans,  i began to think the same thing about the sunflowers.  lots of people in the sunflower business have been making good money off of us.  i think the believers and non-believers felt that this is/was MJ's favorite flower because she said it and - she would know, wouldn't she?

I'm not a fan of LMP at all.  What she did to MJ on Oprah is unforgivable.  But, what if he remained friendly with her regardless?  What if they patched up their differences and she's part of this somehow?  

What if the sunflowers is a test?   to see how far fans and devotees will go if you put something out there for them to run with.  we responded swiftly, we must admit...  how gullible are we?  is this what is being tested?  i hope not but it's a possibility.  it's also a possibility that the test is a positive one and not meant to dupe us but to show how strong in number we are.  i think non-beleivers were bringing and sending sunflowers.  after all, LMP wasn't speaking to hoaxers necessarily.

After all, MJ was a threat because the world would have followed him anywhere. you tell us something that Michael Jackson wants and we're on it, right?
I think the sunflowers are a test of some kind.

Everyone, especially non-believers, took what lisa said and ran with it. If Michaels favorite flower was the sunflower, his family would have known, and at least one sunflower would have shown up somewhere from them, yet nothing. there is a large group on FB that donates money so sunflowers are delivered to FL for Michael every Friday. If he did like sunflowers, he's probably sick of them by now  :roll:

I agree, in retrospect, it seems like it was a test - the resulting message being that the fan base is still ACTIVE and RESPONSIVE, hoaxers and non-hoaxers alike.

LMP has her shortcomings, but she has only said positive things since his passing. She's loaded with her own money, so doesn't need anything on that front. She's also a tough chick, they type who will lash out if she feels she needs to.

But who was the message intended for? Who is she flexing this power at?
